Waterfront vacation rentals in Praia de Maracaípe

The hosts were attentive to our request to fix some issues we found (small cleaning issues, so they sent the service staff to fix it, also a small issue with the air conditioning in the living room that was fixed shortly after.) All of the above did not prevent the enjoyment and comfort of the "cupe living" complex, nor did it affect our stay, at all. Communication with the hosts was smooth and they responded quickly to our questions and concerns. As a contribution for the future, I would add an electric jug or boiler to the kitchen utensils to heat water. The apartment has all the accessories for a hassle-free stay. For people who want to visit other beaches and other attractions in P. de Galinhas, and not depend on taxis or tourism agencies, I recommend renting a car for greater flexibility. In short, it's worth renting this apartment.

Rosana and Vitor are excellent hosts. Polite, kind, helpful… they do everything to make sure you have the best experience possible. They are always ready to help, communication is undoubtedly a 1000! They treat their guests as if they were longtime friends. And that's how we feel, at home and with friends. No doubt, my family and I would come back. The flat is like the pictures. The bed linen and kitchen utensils are impeccably clean, hard to find. I've never stayed anywhere where I was so well taken care of. It is super well equipped, including baby utensils (plates, cutlery) The whole space is very comfortable, especially the bed. The condominium is great too! Great for couples, families, children, seniors, and young people. I wish Vitor and Rosana had more places like this elsewhere, so we can always stay. 100% trust! I would definitely come back! Sensational! Beachfront apartment, clean, organized and with all the utensils. The condominium is huge, has everything, security, a very good Italian restaurant, swimming pools for all tastes and beyond the courts, a gym, etc. I especially thank Thays and Rodrigo, they are very helpful and available, they left everything organized and did everything so we could enjoy the place and there was even a “treat.” Hahah I ☺️ recommend it!

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation! The apartment is new, very clean and well equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view of the beach is stunning – waking up to the sight of the sea was amazing! The location is also perfect: quiet, just a 10-minute walk to downtown Porto de Galinhas, where we find great restaurants, shops and the famous pier of the natural pools. Simply wonderful! Gerusa's beach house exceeded all expectations. From the moment of arrival, it is already possible to feel the care and affection with which every detail was thought out. The house is extremely clean, organized and tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The location is perfect: close to the beach, with a lovely view and a constant breeze that makes everything even more enjoyable. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. The outdoor area is a true paradise – clean pool, well-kept garden, barbecue and plenty of room to gather family or friends. Gerusa is an exceptional host! Attentive, friendly and always willing to help with anything. She made sure our stay was peaceful and unforgettable. Without a doubt, I recommend Gerusa's beach house for those looking for rest, beauty and first-class service. I intend to return soon!

The place is very organized and clean. Fully equipped house with everything we need for a quiet family weekend. The beach is beautiful at low tide. And we were very well received, we had all the support of Guilherme and Ana at all times. It's really worth getting to know them!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s place in Cupe Beach, Porto de Galinhas! Ricardo is an amazing host, very kind, super easy to communicate with, and incredibly flexible. We did have a small hiccup with the pool not being clean when we arrived, but Ricardo was quick to respond and got everything sorted out for us, so we were able to enjoy it for the rest of our stay. The house itself is really nice! It feels a bit more spacious in the photos, and while it wasn’t perfectly spotless (which is understandable for a beach house), it was comfortable and had everything we needed. Honestly, Ricardo’s hospitality and attentiveness more than made up for any little imperfections. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend Ricardo’s place to others. I’m already looking forward to coming back again sometime soon!

We love the location, last year we stayed in a guesthouse right next to the site, but this year we opted for something different and felt at home. What a cozy place, extremely welcoming neighborhood and the other guests are super friendly. Icaro answers super fast by asking our questions. It was an amazing experience and if we return soon it will be our first option to stay again

The accommodation is beautiful, the area is quiet and a bit far from downtown, which makes the beach very private and nice. It is also within walking distance of the central beach and others. Very comfortable for many people. Very nice views and cool with a sea breeze. Unbeatable view.

Our stay at Marcelo's home was great . The house faithfully matches the listing, the photos are reliable as they are posted on the listing. The housekeeper went by every day and left all the exterior of the house impeccable, until the barbecue was clean every day. The beach is wonderful..... Marcelo answered all our questions very quickly. We're already planning to come back in the second half. thank you Marcelo !!!

It was great, the Flat is close to Cupê Beach and several nearby restaurants, the host Alexandre was always available for any questions we had during the stay, the pool and the Jacuzzi were great, Fátima was always available, I highly recommend the space for those who go with family, it accommodated everyone easily. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend it. 😄

The beachfront location is simply wonderful, with an amazing view. In addition, you were very attentive to send me a list of places to visit, nearby supermarkets and the best restaurants in the area as soon as I arrived — this made my stay even better. Great apartment. Located in the Condomínio Polinésia, you can use the entire structure of the Samoa Resort next door. It is possible to book paddles and kayak from the condominium itself, it is necessary to book in advance at the front desk. Bruna is very helpful and ready to resolve questions.

The property is consistent with the photos, except for the sea view, since they are building a building with about 4 floors in front, which partially blocks the sea view. It would be interesting if the photos were updated, because although incredible, the view from the apartment is not the one available in the listing, which was the main point considered when choosing this apartment and not others in Aloha. I recommend providing face towels and a larger clothesline, the one available was small for drying the bathing clothes of 6 people. The host was very helpful and attentive to the tips, as well as to the specific problem with ventilation/air control. Another point is that guests are instructed to wear yellow identification wristbands inside the Aloha Residence throughout their stay, and it is possible to change them, but when we requested the change on the second day, we were warned that it would not be possible to change them daily, as it would incur costs for the condominium.

Excellent apartment located in a condominium with several pools for children and adults, which you can enjoy after the beach, it even has bars to continue enjoying caipirinhas or whatever you want. It has direct access to the beach, with security guards. There are also delicious restaurants around to have lunch or dinner near the condominium, including: Gazella, Maracaju and Cocoroco. It has connectivity with Uber and parking lots to go by car. We enjoyed it a lot!! Thank you Alyson for always being attentive!! :D

The stay was wonderful, inside a residential condominium, with great bathing area and with various benefits that could be used, such as a gym, game room, etc. Attentive host, clean and safe environment. Super i recommend it. 🥰
