The space is super cozy and the great location, the place to enjoy the whole day of the beach with tranquility and comfort. Within the condominium there is hambúrgueria , restaurant, beverage distributor and very close to it has supermarkets. The house has an equipped kitchen, fans, barbecue, sound box, tv with Netflix. Also, for those who want to stroll to other places, it is possible to go to the Mirante do Pai Vitório which has a breathtaking view and is about a 25-minute drive from the site. Nathalia is an extremely friendly and friendly host, responded quickly and always willing to assist us with what was needed during our stay. It's super worth spending time there, we're already looking forward to getting back with our friends and family.

Excellent house! The condominium is peaceful, safe and quiet. Very clean and fragrant house, super airy and powerful fans. The location is perfect, close to beach. The house also offers beach items such as chairs, umbrella and table, which is a plus. The kitchen meets everyday needs well and also has a barbecue. Juliana was always very kind, attentive and quick to respond, resolving everything in a practical way. I would like to leave some suggestions: •I missed having a water filter, and an Airfryer, which would have made it even more practical. •Multipurpose or shelves in the 2nd floor rooms, making it easy to organize clothes. •It would be nice to replace the pallet base of the pink room bed with a box bed, as those with allergies feel the discomfort. In addition, the curtain in this room is moldy, which can affect people with breathing problems. These are just suggestions, the house is perfect the way it is, I would definitely stay here a thousand times.

The experience at this location was amazing from start to finish! The house is beautiful, has a large and cozy space, is super well maintained and welcoming. All the rooms were impeccable, everything extremely clean, comfortable, smelling good and with a very charming decoration. The place is very quiet, and very close to the beach, so you can enjoy it a lot. And what made everything even more special was the owner Adriana, who is a wonderful person, extremely attentive, kind and full of good energy. She did everything to make us feel at home and gave us several tips for tours and/or places to visit, in addition to the excellent reception with a message that warmed our hearts and chocolates to sweeten life. I highly recommend this excellent place and I'm already looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed a beautiful two night stay at Roseli's gorgeous house. Everything was very organised, super clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed swimming in the spotless pool and netflix at night and we loved the outdoor area. The house is equipped with everything we needed. There are many special little touches to the house and you can tell a lot of care and consideration is put into it. We loved it and would stay again if we ever come back!

The house matches the photos, very complete kitchen. A very spacious house, accommodates everyone very well. Unamar is a quiet place, but you need to bring repellents, preferably electric ones, as there are a lot of mosquitoes (something that is typical of the place, because in previous years I have stayed in another house and there were also a lot of mosquitoes). Overall, I really liked the place and the way we were welcomed by Flávia and her husband; cordial and left the house very clean and tidy for our stay. Thank you!!!

Great house, really like in the pictures. Great location and close to everything (you need to use a car to go to the beach). Cozy, safe and family-friendly location. Host super attentive and easy to communicate. The only point to improve would be the air-conditioning (they make a lot of noise and get in the way of sleep). I recommend the house to those looking for tranquility and security.

We stayed for the second time at Casa das Palmeras and the experience was excellent. The house is just 150 meters from the beach and about 15 minutes from the tourist areas, so I recommend renting a car. The house is very nice, with a charming exterior and comfortable bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The pool, at about 32 degrees, was a great success for our children, as well as being deeper than it looks in the photos. The garden is a place to enjoy, full of greenery, flowers and bananas, which my children could enjoy directly. The common areas and bedrooms were clean, although some details such as improving the kitchen counters and faucets could help. The staff was very friendly, especially Jussuara, who took care of the maintenance, and the gentleman who takes care of the pool. They made us feel right at home. It is undoubtedly an ideal place for families looking for tranquility, a beach without crowds and a cozy atmosphere.

A beach house, the dune beach is not very busy, unlike the main beaches of Cabo Frio and Arraial, which tend to be crowded. Both rooms have air-conditioning, which despite being noisy, cools very well!!! I recommend it to everyone.

The house is beautiful, even nicer than in the photos. The view from the patio, especially at sunset, is beautiful. The house was impeccable, the furniture and utensils are high quality. Very comfortable beds, with cotton sheets and towels. Lele, the housekeeper, is very friendly and respectful. She spends a few hours preparing breakfast and tidying up the common areas. There were 9 of us, and the house was very comfortable for everyone, especially since each room has its own bathroom. The only small room is the one in the basement next to the garage and laundry room, but it was useful for us because of the number of people we were. The area is very quiet, within a private neighborhood. I recommend having a car as you have to make some steep climbs. Brunno was in touch at all times and was super friendly. We'll definitely be back!

If it looks beautiful in the photos, it is even more beautiful in person. It is a wonderful house, each space is designed to give you a wonderful stay. Everything in Villa Atlantis is perfect. Ruken is a beautiful person, she has a lot of light, and her home is full of good energy. I spent a few days of great peace and happiness. Everything is accessible, you have bars and restaurants just a few steps away, but we still preferred to enjoy the house, it has access to the beach, and everything is equipped to make your stay unique. Excellent house between Manguinhos and Geriba . Easy access to both beaches on foot. Tasteful and well-organized house. The host was responsive and available. Sunset at Porto da Barra is the highlight of the stay. Pool and barbecue grill close the package of attractions.

The house is small but cozy and very well equipped. The well located condominium is close to the beach. It has a very nice pool. Samuel (janitor) was always very attentive and polite, as well as the Luzia (owner) who always served us very well. It was a very nice stay and I recommend.
