Quiet environment to enjoy your days on the beach. Space for up to 3 people (1 full bed and 1 comfortable sofa bed). Split air-conditioning 18,000 BTU. 60" TV, kitchen with utensils, stove, microwave and refrigerator. It does not have parking. However, the street is residential and very quiet to park in front of the house.

House on the second and third floors: new furniture and fixtures, with a 60-inch smart TV with Prime Video access, a living room with a ceiling fan, one bathroom and two bedrooms with double beds and one with a single bed, both with air conditioning. Third floor: barbecue area with parrilha barbecue, a bathroom, laundry room and children's space with toys. Note: We have a small to medium-sized dog that stays on the first floor and in the yard, and is gentle and quiet.
