I really liked the apartment in general, very organized, the furniture and appliances all in working order, the host was very attentive. What I have to complain about is only the condominium itself, it left something to be desired this time, the heated pool was not working hot water from the day we arrived until the day we left from the 8th to the 12th of April, the gym is also very bad, several appliances not working, in maintenance it is quite abandoned, the carts to take and pick up the luggage are almost not found and also do not give instructions on how to remove them for use.

Quiet place, surrounded by nature, simple but very cozy and clean accommodation, close to shops, beaches, easy access, transportation to several beaches, accessible hosts, always available when needed, in addition, they gave us tips on tourist spots, I really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely go again. The accommodation is spacious, complete, comfortable. It is as shown in the pictures/description. We didn't lack anything, we were able to cook, rest, make use of all the spaces with comfort. We were 4 adults but the space is for many more. The cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses comfortable, the bathrooms spotless, everything worked properly, perfect ventilation, windows with shutters to sleep quietly, very comfortable en-suite bathrooms, a third bathroom on the ground level that was very helpful. Everything is excellent and ready for a formidable stay. I definitely recommend going to Marcelo's place. He provides valuable information for your stay. Easily reached on foot. The area is very quiet and quiet, STEPS FROM THE SEA! You hear the sea when you open the window in the morning. It is close to restaurants and bars, warehouses, downtown. I can't say anything bad about the place, nor about the attention.

I spent the last 5 days at this home with my family. Tiago welcomed us very well, explained everything we needed, and Jailson was in contact with us all the time to find out if we needed anything, always attentive to us. About the accommodation, I can say that we spent unforgettable days, the apartment is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean, comfortable and an incredible view. We took advantage of all the amenities offered, access to the beach is very close and you can walk, I didn't need to use the car. I can say it was one of the best stays I've ever had. Space very close to the beach, excellent structure, cozy and organized. Good internet and well furnished. The double mattress is a bit soft, but nothing to get in the way of a good night's sleep. In front of the large beach with several options of markets and restaurants. I will definitely come back at a future opportunity.
