Waterfront vacation rentals in Praia de Ipitanga

It is already our second time in the apartment of Fábio e da Sônia. as always everything impeccable, clean, bed sheets and towels sterilized, packaged and always to spare. We can cook in the apartment quietly, wash centrifugar laundry ( important in beach locations and long stays). Mercadinho with the front served us perfectly for emergency situations. All very close by, easy access to app cars. Nearby beaches are wonderful. We used the building's garage this time, and I was super quiet. It's already our second time in the apartment and I'm sure it won't be the last. Whenever we are in Salvador, we will be in this apartment Prontidao of the hosts in the responses is great tbm.

We were greeted by co-host Luiz, we arrived at the site he was already waiting for us, super helpful, gave us local tips, whenever we sent msgm, he responded quickly. At the checkout it made us happy to leave according to the times of our flight. Exceptional location, identical to the photos, well located, about 2.5 km from the bar lighthouse. My first experience on Airbnb. Super recommend it.

The place has all the amenities you can expect and more. It's in the middle of everything to do. The bed was great, super comfortable. Communication with Enio was always fluid and with helpful recommendations.

Great apartment, very well located, clean and with a charming decoration. The hostess took the initiative to pass all the necessary guidelines for a great stay. In addition, the apartment is very close to the beach Porto da Bar (the best for bathing), a great waterfront for walking and having access to other sights. The fact that the apartment is underground does not interfere at all, since in a place like Salvador little time is spent in the apartment. It has two bathrooms, which makes it much easier in a group trip as was my case. The ceiling fan of one of the rooms served us well and the backup fan too. We feel welcome and recommend the location. All right with the stay , Ruy always request ...for a better comfort in the apt just a few adjustments more nothing that hindered us, such as the placement of the box in the bathroom , a black out curtain for those who sleep in the living room , a more comfortable mattress and more carpets for the bathroom the condominium space is a delight porters and friendly staff we were able to use tds the premises of the building

Very quiet building, close to everything. Newer building and secure. Security is very attentive. Kitchen and rooms was very clean. I would stay here again

Mr. Wesley and Mrs. Irlande are amazing, hospitable people! My family and I feel at home! The house was spotless and the experience was wonderful, everything perfect, including for the children and the elderly! Clean and comfortable rooms, an equipped kitchen, a clean and illuminated pool, a cozy barbecue space! We were surprised with such beauty by the sea! Worth a lot!!! We'll be back soon! The house is wonderful, exactly as described and as it appears in the photos. The aromatic perfumes of the house give a special touch to the environment. All bedrooms are large and comfortable. The fresh breakfast, sometimes made by Jo ora by Carla, made us feel at home. We're just sorry we don't have a few more days to take advantage of this "corner" :-)

Leonardo was an excellent host. Before the reservation, he answered several questions I had about the property and the complex. After booking, he sent me links about Imbassaí and was available. A few days before traveling to Imbassaí, my son had a slight medical problem and I asked Leonardo what medical care places there were in the area and he sent me a long and complete list. Before traveling, he explained how to find the key and sent me a list of recommended restaurants. During the trip, Leonardo gave me more tips on places to go and answered my questions while on the property. In short, I want to highlight Leonardo's human warmth as well as his constant attention to answer questions and his attention to detail. In turn, the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable for my family, with all the necessary utensils. The pool is beautiful and the beach is very accessible and beautiful. I highly recommend visiting this property!

FANTASTIC! We recommend! Our experience was amazing!!! [March/2025] Great location!!! Near the TAMAR, close to the beach, close to restaurants, bars and general commerce. The apartment is all decorated, equipped and was very clean! It still has very good infrastructure! Pool area with chairs and umbrellas, freezers, 24-hour concierge and 2 parking spaces. The reception was good and the ease of check-in and check-out was also a positive point. The balcony is very nice, spacious and airy, with sofa and a table. The living room is small, integrated into the kitchen and has a sofa, TV, cabinets and air-conditioning. The kitchen is very equipped, has a table, minibar, fridge, microwave, electric oven, stove and many household appliances. The 1st room has 2 single beds, with 2 extra mattresses, very spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. The 2nd pav room has 1 double bed, spacious wardrobe and air conditioning. It's well worth it!

Sergio's space is a real gem. It is very conveniently located which made navigating the city easier. I can't say enough how incredible the view and proximity to the ocean are. Seeing the ocean from almost anywhere in the space - hearing and seeing it everyday really made for a peaceful experience. Sergio is a kind, responsive, and very accommodating host. The only challenge I had was when the internet was out for 8 days. This was outside of Sergio's control and he was communicative through this challenge and after it was restored. I would recommend a visit here again and hope to return.

The apartment is wonderful. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, in a very safe area. The structure of the building is great, but the highlight we give is the apartment's balcony: side view to the sea, equipped with a hammock... a charming place to have coffee, we love it. The apartment matches the description exactly, with a good shower and air-conditioning that handles the Salvador heat. Viviane, as a host, was wonderful. She answered all our questions, forwarded suggestions for bars, restaurants, tours and was always available to make our stay in Salvador the best possible, in addition to the attention she gave us at check-in. We recommend it to everyone in the community and will certainly return if a new opportunity arises.

I'd like to thank you for the great stay! The space was super comfortable and well located, but the highlight of the holidays was undoubtedly the infinity pool with an amazing view. We spend incredible moments enjoying every detail and recharging the energies. Salvador is already a wonderful destination, and staying on this Airbnb made the experience even better. One of the most sensational places one could ask to stay during carnaval, right amongst the action, near the beach, surrounded by vibey spots, in a beautiful apartment that feels like an oasis in itself. Sensational all round.

Wonderful stay, with lots of privacy — at least during the period we have been staying. The apartment has a great structure to accommodate guests and, for those who want to cook, has all the kitchenware. We also take advantage of the pool area, with very attentive and friendly staff. And what about the beach? What a beautiful and exclusive view! The feeling of being on a deserted beach is simply stunning.
