Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia de Ipitanga

Our stay was great, super quiet. Iasmim maintained quick communication with us. The condominium is quiet, the village well divided and structured. An excellent cost-benefit, the location is very close to the entrance of Monte Gordo (about 1.5 km), close enough to local commerce and far enough to remain quiet and calm. I recommend it and would come back in the future!

Our stay was excellent! I went with my mother for medical consultations and the apartment met our needs perfectly. It is very comfortable, well equipped and exactly as described in the ad. The convenience is great! I already lived in Salvador and knew the region, so this was a priority in the choice, since it was close to most of the clinics we visited. The staff of the lobby were always very polite and cordial. In addition, Dona Tereza was extremely attentive, allowing us to anticipate check-in and staying available for any queries. I recommend it! When we get the chance, we'll definitely be back!

The flat accommodates two people well, has essential utensils, is easy access, the building is well structured, gentle staff, quiet to sleep, without external discomfort, comfortable bed and blackout curtain helped a lot too! Excellent location! We walked to Farol da Barra beach and Porto da Barra beach. Shopping Barra is a few meters from Flat as well. It has several hortifrutis, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies near the site. Great cost benefit! The Host is super nice and I request! We would definitely return at other times!

Pablo was super attentive from the start. Seu Adm. Júnior too. They removed all doubts before we closed the rental. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Well complete, with all the necessary utensils Comfortable accommodation. The condominium even has the Pet area. Numerous nearby restaurants and the beach can be on foot. We love it!!!

This place was perfect for us. Lots of restaurants are walkable - grocery store around the corner and the pool was the perfect temperature.

If you are looking for a safe, community- focused place as a base for your visit to Salvador then this is perfect. Friendly neighbours, lovely setting in a secure community area with a pool and a wonderful host near by. With easy access to the newly developed waterfront, beaches and restaurants it's a great place to experience life in Salvador as an international visitor to this amazing, interesting and vibrant city. The accommodation is basic but functional and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Milena for being such a great host.

The house is good, big and very useful! The town is in a beautiful condo and very close to the beach. Close to the best stalls of Guarajuba beach. I think for the value it was an excellent choice!

Wonderful house, 2 floors give privacy for those who want to sleep until later, 1 minute walk from the beach, we stayed all day in bathing suits. Marta is wonderful, she welcomed us very well and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend it!

I would like to thank Úrsula, because the house is really beautiful in person, it has an excellent swimming pool and a large area around the house. The location is excellent for those who like to take a walk on the beach boardwalk. Several restaurants and markets nearby. Bed and bath linens are available. I have no doubt, I'll be back as soon as I can.

We had an excellent stay in salvador in the middle of the carnival. Building was organized with bracelets for safety etc. Apt with large balcony, kitchen staff. But regardless of all of this, Khris was excellent with us, super understanding, would rent this or any property with it. Hope to be back soon!

It was a very nice stay. Initially I was at work, I stayed until Sunday to enjoy the weekend with my family. The apartment is very well decorated, with everything in good condition, clean, quiet building, (we even made friends). Very accessible, flexible, polite host. I highly recommend!!

Hosting was top notch. The building is very well located in the neighborhood and the beach of Vilas is perfect, due to the proximity allowed us to go to the sea and return each more than once in the day. The apartment was in good condition and Felipe was very proactive in helping us, gave local tips and was available. We had only one problem with the internet on television but it was also present to solve.

The accommodation is great, the apartment was clean, the room is newly renovated, the location is good, has private access to the beach, and the pool which provides a pleasant day, has restaurants on the ground floor, a wonderful shrimp guioza, in short, it is worth the daily amount!
