Waterfront vacation rentals in Praia de Icaraí

Let’s start off with, if you’re reading this book it before it’s gone! This is 10/10 bnb. one of the absolute best Air BNB I’ve stayed in. As we’re arriving from the states we arrived early. John and Charlotte made it possible for us to check in early! Huge help as we’re staying for two weeks and had lots of luggage! At arrival they had snacks, fruits, and cookies for us! First thing you see when you arrive is the beautiful view from the main window in the living room. We got the choice on how to set up the bedrooms! It was perfect as we were a large group. From John’s bnb there so many places to eat and even more as John provided many restaurants on a list for us! John and charlotte are super attentive. Twice we called them by accident and they responded writhin seconds to see if we were okay! Lastly our last day was Sunday and our flights weren’t till 9 pm! John allowed us to stay till we left at 6! Thank you again John and everyone from the door staff to charlotte! Obrigado🙏🏽 10/

Rémy is a great host and he goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I have stayed here a few times and I will be back again soon.

Carlos was a lovely host. He was immediately responsive whenever we messaged him. He was very gracious when it came to offering taking care of our luggage before check-in and after check-out for those of us arriving early/leaving late. We stayed during Carnaval season and had a group of 8. We were very comfortable and felt very safe in Copacabana! 100% I would recommend Carlos and his AirBnB to anyone visiting Rio. Thank you so much for having us!

Alan fue un excelente anfitrión, cordial, siempre atento, y respondió rapidamente, tuvo la cortesía de dejar agua embotellada y chocolates.. El apto está muy bien ubicado, a cincuenta metros de la Av Atlántica y la zona es de la mas segura de Río. El edificio tiene vigilancia, con personal muy amable. El apto es luminoso, ventilado y con vistas agradables. la cama es muy cómoda, tiene dos tv y dos equipos nuevos de aire acondicionado. Volvería a reservar.

A casa tem espaço amplo, camas confortáveis, cozinha com bons utensílios e vista maravilhosa. A área externa é ótima. O Ivanildo que cuida da área externa e dos cães é extremamente atencioso. O Carlos que nos recebeu foi nota 10. Os cães são uma experiência a parte. Dóceis, carinhosos e cativantes. Utilizamos até o transporte público, que é muito bom e gratuito, para ir jantar. Por ser antiga, a casa está precisando de algumas manutenções. Do lado direito da casa tem dois quiosques que servem petiscos e almoço. A experiência foi muito agradável. Agradecemos a acolhida.

Matt was an amazing host helped us out with everything we needed to know and was always there to help if needed beautiful villa with nice views would definitely recommend.

Adoramos! Me senti em casa, a vista é realmente linda, a comunida é super tranquila, fica pertinho de tudo, mercados, praia, ponto de mototaxi etc. Marli e Ana foram sensacionais em nos hospedar. Voltaremos com certeza.

hermoso el departamento y el lugar. El restaurante que está en el lugar es espectacular y la comida excelente. La playa muy cerca y llegas pasando una puerta del patio . Hay una zona de agua tranquila para refrescarse. sin duda lo recomiendo. gracias x recibirnos. saludos

Estava com a expectativa alta pra conhecer o local e não tive qualquer frustração, pelo contrário! Jeanne muito simpática, proativa e respondia de forma muito atenciosa e rápida! The AirBNB was beautiful - clean and so, so nice! The outdoor pool was amazing and everything was convenient and easy to find

El alojamiento es espectacular, tal cual como lo indican las fotografías, la vista es lo mejor, zona tranquila al lado de Copacabana, recomiendo éste apartamento 100%

As year after year we stay in Djamila's apartment for two months at a time, it must be clear that we like it very much. I am a professor of mathematics, and the beautiful apartment gives me a chance to work in an uplifting environment. There is no doubt that the view from the apartment is phenomenal, and as we are there from mid-January till mid-March, we can enjoy the brilliant sun. Leblon is perhaps the safest area of Rio: we have never had any problems with safety. Djamila is extremely helpful in everything - she is an ideal host. I have one minor grumble: I wish the huge main room would have less greenery: there are plenty of beautiful plants in the streets of Leblon.

Sérgio é um ótimo anfitrião. O apartamento estava limpinho e tinha tudo que precisava e fica muitíssimo bem localizado. Tudo maravilhoso

Correu tudo muito bem. O anfitrião Pedro, uma pessoa muito boa, deu todas as instruções sobre o local e dicas da região (passeios, alimentação, compras...). Viria novamente com certeza.

A hospedagem foi muito boa, a anfitriã nos permitiu flexibilizar o checkout, a experiencia foi boa, a cama é bem confortavel, a vista parcial pra praia é linda. Apartamento bem localizado. Voltaria outras vezes. Unico ponto é o sofa cama que é um pouco desconfortavel mas não atrapalhou na experiencia geral.

Ligia was amazing! She was very helpful and guided us as we needed. She is a good host and her place is near the beach, bars, restaurants , grocery store and more. Great experience! She is a positive person and try her best to make guest happy. We will be back!
