Wonderful accommodation, spectacular view, super comfortable! Excellent location, close to everything! Village Delicious breakfast, attendance note mil by Luciano and all the girls. I just have to thank you!

It's a good house, but what made a difference was the host's support. Very attentive, easy to communicate and met all of our requests promptly. Some house faults follow: 1 - no box has a door, after the bath the floor is wet and has no floor towel or floor cloth. 2 - there is a room that is an office that is adapted with a mini double bed with a hard mattress. 3 - suite with a very small double bed. 4 - a few utensils are missing in the kitchen. 5 - single beds are uncomfortable bikes (host provided us with mattresses). 6 - we stayed for 12 days and there was no linen and bath linen for change. 7 - the house has photovoltaic power generation but the owner charges the energy consumption. There everything is electric including the stove in addition to 15 lamps that are accessed all night and there is no way to disconnect. 8 - guests do not have access to the gym. 9 - house for 10 people and 1 space per car. Casa with great potential but lacks attention to these observations

Our stay was excellent. The house is exactly as shown in the photos — well equipped and very cozy. The location is great, on a quiet street and close to Taperapuã Beach. We were made to feel very welcome, with the host's attention and cordiality. We felt at home every day of the trip. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

Great place for a several day stay, very close to very decent beaches. A bit out of the center but very frequent transport available. Good communication.

The accommodation was perfect. The "Casa Tico" is as shown in the photos. Impeccable in every way, we were very well received by Nara who gave us all the support during the stay, including the organization of the house. The mimes at our front desk delighted us. We will refer all couples who want to enjoy trancoso. Congratulations and thank you for everything!

Wonderful stay! Gabriela was always very attentive and responded immediately to resolve everything! The place has all the necessary amenities for a medium or long stay too! We were on foot, but the location is convenient for getting to the center easily or taking a van to the lake! We really enjoyed the pool, which is spacious and deep. It's surrounded by nature! Cozy condo, good location (close to the ferry, shops, laundry, bakery). Surrounded by woods, very good pool, sun loungers, barbecue area. It has no ocean view (as stated in the listing). Beach access is across the avenue and walking ~100 meters, through a community entrance. House with great structure, newly built, 4 large en-suites (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor). Comfortable beds, good quality bed and bath linens. It has a great private pool and private barbecue area. The host sent us all the guidelines and suggestions about Arraial. She was attentive and responded to all requests that arose. Points to consider: > Stairs to the upper floor are VERY dangerous for children and the elderly. > Pots in poor condition (handles breaking, impregnated with grease). > To be perfect, some accessories are missing: washing machine, freezer for drinks, electric oven. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. We would definitely come back.
