I and my family were very well received by João's parents, Bárbara very attentive and friendly. We like the stay very much and we will definitely return to another opportunity.

I want to keep it registered, that my stay was wonderful, the hosts welcomed us very well, super cozy, gave us tips from restaurants and establishments in general. In the residence all very clean, organized, I felt at home. The spectacular pool, always clean. My pet loved it all, ran a lot and did not stare the place, nor the people. 16 years of very well celebrated married. I'll get back to you. Thank you

We love the stay. The house is great, with great rooms and very well equipped. My family and I really like it. I thank Mr Wagner for fulfilling a very important and special request, the same was very helpful and flexible. I also thank Mr. Pedro, the co-anfitria of the residence. Rodrigo and Andra are great hosts, always available and quick to respond. Rodrigo came by almost every day to clean the pool. The space is wonderful and has all the kitchen utensils needed for a longer stay, as was mine. I rented more for the outdoor area, as I wanted peace and quiet and I am extremely satisfied with the place. My family and friends and I really liked it, we'll definitely be back!

The house is excellent! Very well equipped, with everything we need for everyday life, from kitchen utensils to comfort items. Everything was extremely clean, well organized and cared for down to the smallest detail. The location is also great, the atmosphere is quiet and cozy, ideal for resting. Danielle was super attentive and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Without a doubt, I recommend it and will return on a future opportunity.

We were honestly surprised by this oasis in the middle of the city. It was such a change from the ordinary Rio apartment. We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment feels much larger than it actually is and gives the sense you are connected to nature with the tranquil rear patio area. Would stay here again!

Simply MARVELLOUS our stay at Vagner's AP, both by organizing, cleaning, decorating and by the host himself be extremely kind, considerate, organized, hospitable and super hyper-mean-communicative and empathic. We need to be a little late for the checkin and he made sure to welcome us and present all the AP to me and my sister. We were welcomed with open arms as if we were from home already. We arrived very hungry and in his refrigerator already had eggs, iced matte tea, fresh water, because he already knows that many of us have already arrived in hunger and he already leaves a few things so we can eat right away. Vagner undoubtedly has the cleanest and smelling AP of Grajaú and how many times I go to RJ and have to rent an airbnb will be my first option. Well-maintained apartment, structured, clean, great location. Condominium with great structure and for families and children. Great restaurant and bar with Good values with quality products. Pool with lifeguard and very attentive. We'll be back!! Jeane is very friendly and attentive.

Monica ‘s place is a gorgeous retreat from Rio while still providing ready access to Leblon Ipanema and the Praia do Vidigal. I spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. Th location is very safe and you can walk or take a bike down to Leblon and Ipanema. One wrinkle of the location is that because it’s on a private street, getting Ubers or taxis was a bit complicated. The easiest solution is to walk to the Sheraton which is across the street or ask Monica for help booking with taxis that know the way. She was a great and attentive host and provides a well stocked kitchen with drinking water for your stay. Overall a very charming stay!

This might be my favourite Airbnb I stayed at in Rio. Extremely beautiful, very spacious, balcony was perfect. Everything was exactly what I dreamed of. It was very easy to communicate with the host. The only thing is because the area is on a hill some Ubers can’t make it up the hill. We took Mototaxis and that was just fine. I will definitely come back to this beautiful apartment!

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!

This is a nice apartment in a nice building. Access was super easy and the front desk was very helpful. Dircelia answered all our questions promptly. And the location is great! Everything you could want is nearby.
