The house is beautiful, not very large but super comfortable, with very well used spaces and a decoration of very good taste. Highlight of the stay: Francisca and her husband! They are host staff who welcome guests and take care of everything with great care, from the moment we arrived to our departure. I recommend the house as a good place to live with family or friends in a paradise that is the beach of the bones.

This is the second time we have stayed, we have come to spend my husband's birthday fds! The flat is amazing, a few steps from the street of stones, from great restaurants, beaches… all this with an amazing look of the sea from the balcony ! More than perfect location! After the beach, we always stayed enjoying the TB pool. Marcelo um is a very attentive host, left us several tips and responded quickly. We look forward to coming back! I highly recommend!!! Thank you for everything, Marcelo!

We were very well served from communication by Airbnb to our arrival being welcomed by Michel and his wife. Michel and his wife did a fantastic job in the kitchen, serving far beyond our expectation by reproducing the Paella we asked for. The house is huge, much bigger than we imagined, the scenery is breathtaking, there was no desire to leave, rs. The site was more than perfect for our intimate wedding ceremony, no doubt this experience will be in our memory forever. We only have to thank everyone involved, it couldn't be better =)

We went to Buzios for 5 nights with our 2 year old son. Despite being a two-story accommodation it was reasonably safe for a very young child (although logically you have to be on the stairs). The construction and equipment are well thought out and are of a very good quality. Both bathrooms down and above are a plus of comfort. It's conveniently located and quite quiet. Analia was always handy and attentive. Absolutely recommended.

My experience was awesome!! Erika and her mother Dona Vânia who is a co-host were super attentive and helpful at all times from before check in to checkout. They clarified their doubts, gave tour tips, if they were at the disposal for anything, besides the house being extremely charming and cozy. We love the stay. They are so cute that they have left us even a basket of pampering!

We enjoyed a beautiful two night stay at Roseli's gorgeous house. Everything was very organised, super clean and very comfortable. The kids enjoyed swimming in the spotless pool and netflix at night and we loved the outdoor area. The house is equipped with everything we needed. There are many special little touches to the house and you can tell a lot of care and consideration is put into it. We loved it and would stay again if we ever come back!

I stayed with my family for 11 days and we had an amazing experience. The house is wonderful. Super-equipped, impeccably comfortable and close to downtown, literally around the corner from the condominium, and all the activities that could be done in Buzios. The place is quiet and safe. Afonso and Leda are super friendly and very helpful. You can walk to the most important beaches. We'll be back for sure.

The house and as in the photos,we arrived two days after the scheduled date because one of the cars gave a little problem on the road,and Eliane was worried all the time sending msg to know if we were good,the house is great for large families, it served us well,we were in 6 adults and 4 children,the condominium and super quiet.

I went with my family, 2 adults and 2 children, and it really exceeded my expectations. The house is beautiful, it is very well-equipped, to the point that you don't have enough days to take advantage of everything. The condo is very quiet, and very well maintained by Pelé and Rita. I have no doubt that if we return to Buzios, we will go to Matheus' house. The pool is ideal for children when we return from the beach or from a walk, they really enjoyed the place. Matheus made check-out easy for us by allowing us to leave our bags in the condominium since our flight was several hours apart, very grateful for that. I definitely recommend Matheus' house!

Very good stay, in the house there are some improvements that can be made as more comfortable mattresses, an air conditioning in the bedrooms is missing since it is a hot place. But everything is right, Diego super polite and gave us full support whenever we need. I would go back again!
