A piscina possuí iluminação e pode ser aquecida até 34°. A área da churrasqueira tem uma cervejeira, cooktop e um banheiro completo. A lavanderia é ampla com máquina de lavar e máquina de secar. A casa inteira é climatizada, tem wifi de fibra e fica a 150m da praia em um condomínio fechado com câmeras e vigia 24h.

Our chalet is located in Vila de Itamambuca, a quiet place, with all the side streets being unpaved (only the main access is paved). The chalet is simple and functional, has a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, electric oven and utensils for preparing meals; the bedroom, an en-suite with a double bed and a twin bed, TV, air-conditioning; outside the deck that surrounds the chalet with table, chairs, portable barbecue and lots of greenery!
