This place is a must stay! Me and two friends stayed here a week ago and we had the best holiday ever not only because Albufeira was a brilliant place for a holiday but because this airb&b was fantastic. It’s a great location, so close to the beach, loads of bars and restaurants right at your doorstep and not far from old town Albuferia too, less than a 10 minute taxi journey. We were welcomed at the apartment by Sylvana who was very welcoming and very informative, she told us everything we needed to know about the apartment. She also gave us some brilliant recommendations of places to go for our holiday, the wine tasting in particular was the best recommendation and we loved it, so thank you! We are also very grateful she was there to welcome us considering it was quite late when we arrived so again thank you so much! The communication from the host was brilliant as well! The apartment was very clean and tidy and has a lovely view from the balcony as well. Thanks for a great holiday!

The apartment is beautifully decorated (as in the photos) and efficiently designed to have more storage than appears. It was very clean. It is small but very well designed for 2 couples. We mistakenly thought it was 3 full baths but it’s 2.5 baths as the guest bathroom has no shower. Isabela is quick and easy to communicate with and flexible in accommodating our needs like getting us an extra set of sheets and blanket for the couch. The view is absolutely amazing! Albufeira is more of a party town but the apartment is located in a quieter area away from the crowds and noise. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Albufeira is touristy but worth a visit and we would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thanks Isabela for a wonderful stay!

Wow, what a beautiful place! The apartment it self was clean, well presented and felt super homely and cosy. Everything you’d need and more. The complex that the apartment is on is clean, quiet (but not too quiet!) and pleasant to be around the pool. The little cafe/bar by the pool was a nice touch. Great to grab a bite to eat during the day if you don’t want to cook for yourself.. and nice (very strong 😉) cocktails. Situated in reasonable walking distance from old town and marina, but equally as accessible by taxi for those who don’t want to walk the hills, at a great price too. A wonderful base for our week in Portugal to attend our friend’s wedding. Susana was very polite, accommodating and friendly, which made check in a breeze. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property! ☺️

We had a fabulous time in Albufeira, Hugo’s apartment was a short walk from the beach and old town which was perfect as it meant everything was accessible but we far enough away for peaceful evenings in the apartment. I couldn’t recommend somewhere better to stay!

Bart and Deirdre were great hosts, they were super responsive from the beginning and provided clear instructions to the apartment. The location of the apartment is unbeatable with beautiful views of the beach/ocean!

The house was amazing, especially 3 balcony levels, which felt very luxurious, with a great view of the beach and the ocean. The bed in the main bedroom was so comfortable, that I had the best sleep in a long time. I seriously did not want to leave that bed, lol. Great location, 3 min walk to the elevator down to the beach (great help as opposed to taking the stairs up and down), and the old town is also walking distance (10-15 min). Parking is a bit tricky, but we were able to find a spot if not on this street, then on the neighboring streets. The house is well equipped with everything you need (I would also add paper towels and shampoo/conditioner, but we were able to buy those at a grocery store nearby). The communication with the host was very quick and efficient, everything we needed was resolved fast. Welcoming bottle of wine and snacks were also appreciated. I highly recommend this accommodation, you won't be disappointed!

Sandras place was amazing, its right on the beach and a 30 second walk to the restaurants. It was amazing waking up each morning to the sound of the sea, the place has 3 terraces that you can lounge on and the view from the hot tub on the roof is one not to miss. The kitchen is well layed out with all you need if you want to cook. Sandra was very helpful via text if we ever needed her and she gave us recommendations of where to eat etc. We will be returning to stay again for sure.

The location of the house is amazing: a few meters from the beach, in a soothing setting. Ideal base for the most beautiful walks in the area along the coast. The house is tastefully decorated and quality materials. It is perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a dream stay (impeccable house base, equipped kitchen, bbq, beach towels, etc.) . Stephanie has thought of everything! This home is a perfect beachfront home, but also turns into a soft and warm cocoon thanks to the wood burning stove when the weather is less mild. Stephanie is a perfect host, attentive and always available. Thanks again for everything! Last point: you will find in front of the house 2 delicious restaurants offering amazing grilled fish! It was a dream stay! We leave this house with memories in our heads and we hope to come back soon!

Amazing… had me looking up how to buy a home in Lagos.. or at least we will come back to visit!

We stayed with friends for 1 week in Lara's place and felt comfortable from the beginning. The house was super clean. Lara was always easily accessible. The furnishings are very modern and the pool has sun all day! The house absolutely met our expectations. A small downside from our side: The house sits on a busy, noisy country road in a residential area under construction. You have to expect construction noise. Thanks very much, Lara!! Had a great time!

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

Exceptional view, perfect apartment, plenty of space, easy access to the apartment, market and restaurant! It was great! There was a lot of work in the area which didn't bother us but it justifies our rating of the neighborhood. Very responsive host!!! We really enjoyed his support when needed! Highly recommended!

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

Ana’s place felt like a home away from home, we absolutely fell in love with it! The view from the balcony is just unbeatable, even on a cloudy day we enjoyed spending the day there. You have all the amenities you could need for a few days, and the apartment was just spotless! Communication was easy both with Ana and Joao, they were really helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the place, and would definitely book again!

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! Amazing place to stay. Multiple beaches within walking distance. As we left we all wanted to stay longer to explore more.
