I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

Sergio's attention was very good both in the days before, providing us with information, and afterwards. The apartment is spacious, has all the amenities and was very clean. Excellent beach view, with amenities and security. We found it clean, complete and tidy. We recommend!

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. I would first like to thank Mr Luiz, a great host. Deu several tips throughout our lodging, indicating Restaurants, Beaches, tours, among others 😊 Very proactive, polite, friendly and flexible. Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

Morando no apt do Alberto for a few months, I felt super at home, I highly recommend! Beautiful apartment, full of art and books. Localizacao otima for those who want tranquility and still be in the "middle of the city" Niteroi. Icarai beach. Inside a safe and well-documented condominium, with an affluent restaurant with otima foods. Agradeco de coracao! All good for you!

Thanks to Ines for her service and hospitality. The apartment is very nice, very nice and quality touches. It has 24-hour security, and they are very friendly. Only 50 meters from the beach and the best area of Copacabana. Close to avenues, supermarkets and main stores. All rooms with air conditioning. Ines answered each of my questions and gave me confidence when confirming the rental. I RECOMMEND IT 100%.

The place exceeded expectations. It has an excellent location on Leblon Beach and has all the amenities specified in the publication. Very bright, spacious and with excellent decoration. It also has 24-hour security, which gave us peace of mind when accessing the building, and they were very kind to us throughout the stay. I'd like to highlight Lucimar's attention, who waited for us until late to receive us personally, since our flight had been delayed.

Highly recommend anyone coming in a group, easy for guests to enter the property, & Anders is very helpful whenever there was a problem. Also thank you to Junior who would come round & help

We stayed at David’s penthouse during an unforgettable weekend in Rio—Lady Gaga was performing, we had a wedding to attend, and the streets of Copacabana were absolutely buzzing. Despite the chaos below, we had a peaceful, luxurious sanctuary above it all. David was an incredible host—supremely gracious and responsive. On-site, Lucas warmly checked us in and gave us a great tour, while Adriano was incredibly helpful (especially with our laundry). The apartment itself is truly a gem—immaculate, stylish, and breathtakingly beautiful. Every detail is thoughtfully curated, and the views are unbeatable. The location couldn't have been better: central to everything we needed in Copacabana, yet it felt like a private retreat. I've stayed in many Airbnbs, but this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely wish I could live here. I can't wait to return to Rio and stay again. Five stars across the board.
