Almost 1 month at Alexandre's: a long and beautiful stay. I agree with all the reviews written by those who stayed there before us. The apartment is comfortable and pleasant, and there are certainly others of the same nature. But someone like Alexandre, I don't think so. Beautiful apartment with breathtaking views from the 20th floor of Barra and the mountains. The apartment is well furnished and perfect for a couple. We extended our stay as we did not want to leave the place! One thing worth mentioning is that you don't have full blackout in the bedrood and the apartment is quite bright... this is something that we liked, but that some people might want to know in advance. The location in Barra is great, you have the beach right across the road and the compound has lots of facilities, including a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. The compound and the building have 247 security too, in case this is important to you. Barra is the safest neighbourhood in Rio and I would always recommend this area rather than other downtown hoods. The communication with Daniel was great and easy from the beginning. He was extremely responsive and proactive. A great host alltogether. I will be back for sure!

What an amazing place to stay in such a great location that was close to everything. The view from all windows was spectacular especially letting that ocean breeze. This place felt like home. Location was spot on with nearby restaurants, bars, shops and anything else you could think of. Beach is right across the street. Our host was so amazing to communicate with and she was so sweet, patient, understanding and flexible with all my request and needs. Best part of this booking was our communication. We will definitely be back and hope to stay here again!

Comfortable apartment with everything you need, very clean and its location in front of the pool is spectacular. Isodora is an excellent host, she always responded to inquiries and also recommended restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. Highly recommended for going with children.

Accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean and well-maintained place. Hostel always responded quickly.

Very well located place. I went with my boyfriend, he first met Rio. We did all the grocery shopping nearby, we left the nearby subway for all walks. The room is small but exactly matches the description of the listing, and it served us well for the schedule we had planned. Our flight arrived before the checkin time, and the very requested Paulo let us keep the bags in the room of the apartment until the time of entry, and answered us super fast.

Thoughtful, polite and quick host! Very cozy place, beautiful and matching decor. New appliances and utensils, all very tasteful. Extremely clean, fragrant and airy environment. Excellent mattress, bed linens and towels. She offered coffee and left chocolates as a treat. I really like and highly recommend!

Alberto is very kind and being at his house on New Year's Eve 2025 was amazing! Flawless apartment and just like the photos, close to many shops and restaurants and the main thing, the beach hahaha When I remember Niterói, I'll remember this stay :)

Ramon was very kind from the beginning with all the instructions, when I had questions he answered them quickly. Near the apartment you have everything to make your stay perfect, such as restaurants and supermarkets! Especially the South zone, which is open 24 hours and has exquisite prepared meals! The apartment is very comfortable and complete with utensils, cleaning supplies and we even had a bicycle that allowed us to take beautiful sunset rides. The building is very safe, it has a swimming pool and a market in the parking lot that helps you get by. Marcus was very friendly at all times and flexible to be able to check in earlier (since our flight arrived at 9 in the morning. Wi fi is fast. We really enjoyed our stay!
