Our stay was great! Great location, close to Guarita Park. The balcony of the apartment had a beautiful view of the beach. The location is great, just like the pictures. The apartment had all the utensils we needed. The host, Consuelo, was always very kind and agile in the responses and allowed us to make the checkout more flexible.

We had excellent days in the apartment, clean apartment, with all necessary basic utensils, apartment close to the beach, we left the car on the street and had no problems! Fabio was very helpful to us, he answered us super fast! I highly recommend the stay!

We loved every minute of our stay, the communication with Daniel was excellent from the first contact still in the reservation. He responded to our questions whenever we asked them, attentive and kind. The apartment is great with everything we need, the location is wonderful, too much, from the balcony we followed the events in the square of Prainha. Quiet, airy, clean place. Great communication with the Janitor. We were super comfortable, as if we were at home. The apartment's surroundings are fantastic, market, bakery, downtown, beach, everything close by, we left the car in the garage and did everything on foot. We'll definitely be back.

Although the location is a bit far from the beach, the hosts were super gentle, making themselves available from the time of arrival until the checkout!

I went with my family and everyone loved staying in Karen's penthouse apartment. Very spacious, airy, great accommodation. And the view from the penthouse and the rooms is stunning. I am not tired of looking at the side of the Guitar Lagoon and at the hills on the other side of the city. It is close to the beach and the Vesta mall and other shops and restaurants. Karen and Fernando are excellent hosts that are always attentive, friendly and available. Thank you very much Karen and Fernando!

We very much like the house and the beach! Great place to rest. The house had everything we needed and is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our "sausages" had the courtyard with grass, well litter, where they could stay and it was very nice to wake up every day by the sea side!

It was a wonderful experience. The cottage is a delight and super complete. Bianca is a sweetheart.

The house is beautiful, very enjoyable. The beach is uncrowded. The pool is super clean. The electrical installation is a little loose. The plugs are half loose. But overall, I would go again. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was super-equipped, very complete. I recommend it 100%.

The highlight of the house is the pool kiosk, it was our living area. I suggest a bigger TV there. The host met all our demands/questions. Good location in relation to the beach.

New Space with basic amenities. We miss some kitchen items, especially in a longer stay and it is customary to cook. Beds are comfortable as well as kitchen chairs and sofa. An excellent proximity to the beach.

Very good house, three large bedrooms, one being a suite. Complete and well-equipped kitchen, a large patio and a covered area, great for barbecuing and leisure... My family and I were very well received. We'll be back for sure. Quiet place, no noise, perfect for resting your mind. Mr. Claiton is always very attentive and helpful. We only have good things to say about this place. We have nothing to complain about. We want to come back more and more times to this same accommodation.
