I booked for an aunt and cousin who were traveling around Brazil! They liked it a lot and were able to enjoy São Sebastião, Victor was super attentive to them and gave them all the support they needed to get around and feel comfortable!!

Caroline's apartment makes us feel at home, very cozy, all very clean and not to mention the tranquility of the building. I stayed in her apartment a while ago, for all these reasons all the above I came back and will come back more often. We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

The room was super clean and tidy. Guilherme gave us clear instructions so that we could find the place easily, sent a video of how to get there, and responds quickly. Our experience at the Loft was wonderful. The view is beautiful both during the day and at night. It is well located and easy to access, close to a very complete market as well and the beaches of the center. Thauan and Dé welcomed us very warmly, and the loft structure suited us perfectly. I was with my dog and being able to bring him on the trip was really cool! We will definitely come back again thank you very much

I thought it was fantastic, we were very well received, Bruno was also very flexible, the place is exactly like the ad, the pool is always clean and well cared for, new furniture, etc. I suggest just a reflector or better lighting in the pool area, to be able to interact at night, but it's just a suggestion, everything was perfect.

Perfeito!! Casa da Fernanda is a delight, like the photos and very cozy, you feel at home. A beautiful view and close to the center, if it is by car is perfect because everything is 5/7 minutes. Centro with plenty of options and variety of shops, markets, pharmacy, near the beach of pereque, thinks of a quiet neighborhood, even wanted to stay there. We were very well received and the place was consistent with the listing. Great house, quiet and safe location! Complete stay. I only recommend bringing larger pots if you need to cook for more people. We also missed having a refrigerator in the barbecue area. In addition, everything is great.

The Apartment is very cozy super structured, the view of the pool and the deck is amazing. Well located next to the city centre as well as excellent beaches nearby to enjoy. First of all, I have to admit that Luciana is amazing! He responded to all messages promptly and responded to two requests without any difficulty. The location is great and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach (tower 11). The apartment has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay on the beach! The stay was great, Afrânio and Mari were great hosts, polite and kind We had a problem with our car and Afrânio offered to pick us up on the ferry and gave us tips on getting around and tours, Mari helped us with great directions for Uber on the island, the place is cozy with a view of the sea, quiet, peaceful, we felt at ease during the stay and she served us very well, we had flexibility with the checkout which helped us a lot. Gratitude to Afrânio and Mari.

Erika is lovely and her place is immaculate. It is walking distance towards restaurants and shopping and close to the Ihlabela ferry. Great find!

Facing the beach, from the balcony of the apt looks like you are inside the Sea, beautiful the view. On the beach there are Bolt, Lancha and jetski banana tours. 3 bedroom apartment, 1 suite, televisions and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The apartment is exactly the one presented in the photos, the place is very calm, we stayed at the carnival and the movement only until 6 pm while people were enjoying the beach, the carnival mess was on the downtown beach, about 5 to 10 minutes by car from the place we were. We had a great stay.

The apartment is very nice, bright, spacious and super comfortable. Full kitchen for a great stay. The view is beautiful, of the mountains and the sea. The condominium is very safe and very complete. Mara, the hostess, was super attentive. We loved everything!
