The house is very quiet and comfortable, equipped with everything you need, for a quiet and relaxed holiday. We are located just 30 meters from the train station, and you can have acces to restaurants, pharamcy and supermarket in less than a minute. Hope you have a good time in Estoril and enjoy the house. During your stay, you will have access to all amenities from the house, and any extra necessity does not hesitate to ask. Contacting via WhatsApp São João do Estoril is a quiet locality with several restaurants, supermarkets and is close to Parque das Gerações, on the way to Azarujinha beach. After the beach, it is worth ending the day with a delicious ice cream from the famous Santini. The house is just 20 meters from the train station, a step walk and you ready to visit Lisbon, Cascais and get a bus to visit Sintra( Cascais Station). Our coast is famous for is calm, good weather all year round and of course a place where you can take some time to relax. You will have free wi-fi as well 50+ channel TV and NETFLIX and PS4 . A casa está situada a 700 m da praia num bairro residencial sossegado. Tem uma grande varanda sobre o vale em frente e com vista para o mar. No piso inferior encontra-se a sala de estar com 40 m2 com lareira, um quarto com casa de banho e uma cozinha. No piso superior um quarto em suite com casa de banho, um segundo quarto com 2 camas e um terceiro quarto com uma cama individual e outra cama por baixo da primeira. Os dois últimos quartos dispõem de uma casa de banho comum. O jardim é vedado A casa tem um abrigo para um carro e há sempre lugares para parqueamento grátis na rua. O meu espaço é bom para famílias (com crianças). Em alternativa existe um cofre para recolha das chaves A casa situa-se numa colina verdejante e sossegada, numa das zonas mais elegantes do Estoril, a 10 minutos a pé da praia.

It is only a 2 min walk to the beach(Poça beach) and 5 min to train station ( 10 mins to Cascais and 30 mins to Lisbon). The location is ideal for water sport lovers (surf/paddle). You can enjoy walking, jogging or cycling along the shore to Cascais using the promenade (paredão). The neighbourhood has lovely cafes, a wonderful grocery shop as well as many restaurants.
