Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

The house has exceeded our expectations! It's as beautiful as in the photos and had everything we needed for the weekend! Despite the slightly rainy weather, we enjoyed it a lot thanks to the heated hydro and sauna. We celebrated my birthday and my wife's birthday with friends and it was wonderful! We highly recommend it!

It was a very good experience, from the beginning the hosts were extremely helpful, when we arrived at the house they were at the place to welcome us with all the affection, show us the house, answer our questions about the location and what they had to do. They left a little souvenir to welcome us and whenever we needed it very quickly. The house is exactly as described in the listing, very cozy, has all the utensils in the kitchen, the beach is beautiful and is very close to Castilians and anchieta. My family and I left there with the urge to always return! It was a very pleasant experience and I thank Glícia and Alex so much for welcoming us so well!

The best house I've ever stayed in! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house is large and beautiful, with everything new, impeccable. Alan was very attentive and polite. Beautiful beaches around (3-minute drive). There is a little center not far away with a pharmacy, supermarket, etc. I really want to go back!

Estadia was without mishaps with everything working as advertised, all very clean. Just one observation. All the bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. But as I went in March and the temperature was very high air conditioning in the rooms would come in handy.

Very nice, spacious, pleasant and functional house. All guests loved the stay and it is certainly the No. 1 option when we return to Guarapari. Sylvia is always very attentive, kind and concerned with details.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

I really enjoyed the stay. The house is very large and airy. The beach in front is great for those looking for privacy. The address in the system sent us to another location, but the host sent us the correct address afterwards and everything worked out.

The Gabriela space is exactly as in the pictures and specifications described. We were in 7 adults and two children and served us perfectly. The three cars settled quietly in the garage. We found the place extremely clean and organized, we were well received even if we did not meet in person. The place is very cozy, close to the beach and the center. Gabriela is an excellent host, requests, responds super fast and was always willing to help with the small questions that have arisen. I highly recommend the space.

We just stayed in the house, we spent the Carnival, 16 people in total. The house is cozy, airy, ventilated and clean. It is quite functional and equipped. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of Castelhanos, less than a 5 minute walk away. The team that provides services to Fernanda is great. A Bebel is a cute, super well kitchen. We intend to go back for sure.

Débora was a great host, was flexible at check in and check out, and always responded to the demands. The house is exactly like in the photos, with all the furniture and amenities described. Highlight for the balcony/deck with the pool that is great for staying with friends, in addition to the beautiful view.

Upon arriving at the site we were greeted by the friendly couple (Max and Sintia) who promptly introduced us to the premises. We were very comfortable and broke we took advantage of the pool and the barbecue. It is noticed that the couple takes great care of the house with great care and zeal. I had an amazing weekend at Kátia's house! The cleanliness was spotless, all very organized and well cared for. The location is simply perfect — on the sand, with a side view and direct beach access. An ideal place to relax and enjoy in comfort. I highly recommend it!
