Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia da Amoreira

We enjoyed our stay a lot - the view was incredible!

This is a very cute and well stocked apartment. The location is great and is literally 1 minute from the beautiful beach. The ONLY drawback is that it can be loud because the noise echoes off the buildings which isn’t the apartment’s fault and that was on the weekends. It was very quiet during the week. I felt very safe and the Air B&B staff was very nice and responsive. There are restaurants, bars, stores, and grocery stores very close. The seafood is amazing and very fresh and healthy. I was not there during tourist season which is June-August. August is when a lot of Europeans take their holiday. FYI

Very attentive, easy communication

Great spot right on the beach, perfect if you’re wanting to be near the surf spot in Baleal. The host was always responsive, accommodated an early check in and even helped us out with extending our stay. Highly recommend!

One of the best AirBNB's I have stayed at! The space was perfect for one or two people, the unit was very well equipped (I was there for a longer stay and grateful to find cleaning supplies, and laundry detergent!). Emanuel was an outstanding host, super fast and responsive and always there to provide a solution if I had any concerns. Also very kind and welcoming. A recommendation for future guests – the floor can be chilly so bring slippers if you're coming in the colder season.

The stay was perfect. An apartment with fabulous views, clean, cozy and with everything you need. It is very rewarding to find places to spend the night with our faithful (and well educated) compañeros, where they are treated and catered as they deserve. It was a great stay. The property is very close to the beach (3-minute walk). The place was very nice and clean, had everything you need for a week surfing vacation. Really wonderful.

Guiomar was very responsive to my messages. The house is close to many, many excellent restaurants and a couple minutes walk to the beach. Also, it's in easy walking distance of a major supermarket and the train station. The place, including the kitchen, is well equipped for a large group. It well-facilitated our multi-generational family vacation. The light and view from the top floor and patio are lovely, I enjoyed the sunrises. My grandchildren enjoyed the winter ferris wheel overlooking the sea and the merry-go-round in the park.

Great spot!! Very relaxing and spotless!! Very close to old Towne Sintra with tons to do!! We throughly enjoyed our time there. Wish we had more time!!

We had a very smooth communication with Beatriz and had a very good time at this place. For people going to Baleal for surfing, it is amazing as you have different spots in walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean and the communication with Beatriz was very friendly, even though we faced some language barriers to properly communicate in person. In writing, Beatriz was extremely fast to respond and we were able to plan a flexible arrival relatively spontaneously.

Flávio welcomed us very openly. He is a very likeable person who gave us good tips. The apartment was exactly as described. We felt very comfortable.

Amazing stay. Just walk right out and surf. Beginners to the left (Prainha = protected beach break), more advanced in the middle (Lagide = A frame), and intermediate to the right (Gigi = good for long boarding). The views from the 2nd floor terrace allowed you to do a quick wave check before heading out. The house is designed for the surfer in mind with racks, outdoor shower/rinse hose and rentals. I rented a nearly new longboard for about $15 euros/day. There was plenty of free parking nearby and the unit served its purpose. We were able to cook, rest, walk the beach and surf. The WiFi was also very stable and fast (300-400mbps). Highly recommend.

Compact, cozy and clean two-storey apartment, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable holiday. The house is located in an authentic, narrow and quiet street, one minute walk from the beach, the boulevard and restaurants. We fell in love with Nazaré at first sight! 😍

Accommodation exactly as described! Upon arrival, we came across less blankets (we were in four people) and in less than 20 minutes our “problem” was already solved. Impeccable accommodation. I would definitely recommend and come back!

We liked the house very much, it fully meets the expectations! The hosts are fairly quick to reponder and attentive. We wouldn't mind going back.

It's a big and beautiful apartment. Co-host Eduardo was very friendly and attentive. If something came up, they responded quickly and adequately.

The studio is centrally located. We were in Baleal for surfing. Gil's studio had everything we needed. A small mobile heater (super important), Internet, hairdryer, water hose, terrace for the surfboards and a well-equipped kitchen. We had to change bed linens due to a change of people and Gil brought us everything we needed. It was super great!

Nuno is a great host. If you need anything Nuno is quick to respond. The apartment is right across the street to the beach. Great location, across the street from restaurants, cafes, grocery store, & shops. If you’re surfing, it’s a perfect location. Apartment is clean & is described just like the listing. Great place that was well equipped and clean!

We were very satisfied with the place. Great was the direct beach access and the view into the waves. House is very spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. Luciana was very helpful and super accessible. We would book it again. Only the lock on the large outside gate didn't work properly, but you still got in and out.

We had everything we needed :) Ricardo was very friendly and accommodating, since no one was in the accommodation before and after us, we were also able to postpone the check-in/out according to our wishes! Everything was clean and the amenities were exactly as described. Value is great! The house is a bit noisy, but the neighbors usually only make noise during the day, at night with the windows closed it is very quiet. We would come back:)

So happy with this stay! At the quieter end of town, but still easy walking distance to everything in lower part of city. We had a rental car and would drive up to Sitio and to the point to see Praia de Norte. Easy parking on the street beside the building, and also secure parking in garage. Great view of Nazare beach right from the terrace— i loved sipping my coffee and watching the people on the boardwalk and listening to the waves crashing on the shore each morning. Sunsets were spectacular! Very secure, private and clean, and we had everything we needed.
