Everything was perfect !

The house is just like in the photographs, a wooden construction in which nothing has been left to chance and which is filled with small details and revealing details of the love and affection with which it was built and appreciated. Like any wooden house, it is already showing small points in need of maintenance, but nothing serious. The view from the house on the outer porch is stunning and it's precisely what we loved the most. To stay outside at night, observing the immensity of the starry sky and in silence, only with the sound of the sea, was equally pleasant. The perfect home to welcome us with our family. We leave with great desire to return for more days. Small appliances missing can improve the experience (kettle or coffee maker). On the contiguous terrain of the house a new dwelling is being built, which removes privacy from the porch. Workers are respectful and do not start making noise too early.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Alessandro’s place. He and his wife were very welcoming, the house is beautiful and perfectly located. Alessandro was always helpful and kind and would happily answer questions, give recommendations and let me feel at home. Unfortunately, I could not communicate much with his wife because I don’t speak her languages. But she was patient with me when I tried to talk to her and was very kind, too. She is a great cook and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner with them. I highly recommend this place and highly recommend having at least (!!) one meal with them :) I am already thinking about coming back because I only got to spend 3 nights there.

Amazing. Very nice house, magnificent view, the pool is splendid and the private beach at the foot of the house is absolutely wonderful - 10 minutes' walk from the village beach - very friendly with its small bars - and 15 minutes from the sublime wild beach of Preta - the hospitality is very well managed - The team helped us get ferry tickets - an ideal place to rest in the sweetness of Maio Island.

fabulous villa in great location, perfect holiday

Such a beautiful home! Incredible space, amazing value. Right on the water and within walking distance of the port. Love the roof terazza, wonderful housekeeper Nonna, so peaceful. Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves and wake up to the beach.

What a fabulous place this is. Cintia is very helpful and communicative. Mamadu met us at the airport which was great. He looks after the place and helps with suggestions directions etc. Rooms are spotless, big and very comfortable. Pool area, loungers and barbecue area are reminiscent of villas we have paid much more for. We would certainly return.

Andrea's place is very well located as it is a few 100m to the nearest supermarket as well as to the city beach a good quarter of an hour walk. The house has been lovingly built, the garden very green. Under the tree you can relax wonderfully in the shade. The barbecue invites you to fry fish and vegetables in the evening. The communication with Andrea went smoothly, there were very good tips and an answer to all questions. Clear recommendation!

A nice little apartment, 20 minutes walk to the beach. There are convenience stores next door and you can easily find taxis. However, a lot of wind in the evening that slams the windows and can cause difficulty sleeping. A big favorite for the view of the city from the huge terrace. Thanks so much Sonia!

Ideally located accommodation in the city center, clean, perfect for my stay. breakfast was very good.

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

The stay was excellently prepared. The apartment meets all the requirements and is really clean. The rooftop space with an ocean view is a huge asset. Jey is a great host. He was always available, eager to help, and very friendly. I highly recommend it; it’s really a great choice.

We felt very comfortable with Madilu. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly and charmingly furnished. We particularly liked the open kitchen on the terrace. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the grocery stores are easily accessible and the sea is at your doorstep. Cidade Velha is a special place as well as Madilu's place. We'll be sure to recommend

Very nice apartment in a neighborhood certainly a little out of the way but it is very easy to reach the Plateau by taxi (€2). Jey is a particularly available and considerate host who has taken care of our transportation to and from the airport. Which was very nice since the domestic flight (caboverde Airlines) left 7 hours late. We will keep a great memory of our stay at this location.

Great Accommodation at Stella Maris! Location was excellent as well as the room, infinity pool and their private beach cove! 10min walk to beautiful Baxonha beach. Francisco was prompt and very attentive in replying to my messages. Would highly recommend, and definitely comeback!

Edna and Neves both exceed my expectations and standards this is why I make it essential to stay at their apartment every visit to Cabo Verde, they are accessible and know what the guest need without being asked! Neves will go above and beyond for all his guest even if it’s an inconvenience.. amazing apartment and great host, I will be back for third time.

Great apartment with stunning views. Pool on roof & sunbeds - great addition. 10 minutes to restaurants / supermarkets by taxi- but very difficult to get taxi ( Praia wide issue) as published - nothing within walking distance.
