Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia

Ideally located accommodation in the city center, clean, perfect for my stay. breakfast was very good.

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

Best vacation ever! The very spacious, versatile house. The kitchen is practical and with everything necessary for our stay. The comfortable and bright rooms. The pool made the children enchanted! The apartment is well located near the university, in the neighborhood of Palmarejo that has immense life and 10 minutes from the beach of KebraKanela The Hosts were super accessible, thoughtful. Can't wait to return to this house where I felt “at home” next year

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Very nice apartment in a neighborhood certainly a little out of the way but it is very easy to reach the Plateau by taxi (€2). Jey is a particularly available and considerate host who has taken care of our transportation to and from the airport. Which was very nice since the domestic flight (caboverde Airlines) left 7 hours late. We will keep a great memory of our stay at this location.

Everything was perfect !

This is where you want to be! Pool large enough for short laps. The house is huge! Lucas' relatives are across the driveway and very helpful with issues. Expect some family activity, but other times completely quiet, and we had the pool to ourselves whenever we used it. Rental car needed.

Very nice spacious villa, very responsive and available host, in a quiet residential area and accessible amenities, 10 minutes walk from the beach. Also, the air conditioning in each room, and the cozy outdoor area with very clean pool are very nice.

Really great place, in a fantastic location, literally 2 minutes to a great little beach, 5 minutes from a larger beach, and 30 minutes to the centre of town. Esther was really helpful and organised a transfer from the airport. The room was spotless, and so was the bathroom. We would definitely stay again.

I thank Fatima who remained available throughout our stay. The apartment is as described, the residence is secured with caretaker. There are places all around the residence to park. Fatima left us a parking space in the basement. I will come back to this place if I have to return to the island of Santiago,. I would recommend it, especially if you are a group. Glad to have been to your home Fatima.

Great welcome upon arrival, the host is available and responsive if needed. We were a group of 4 girls, we liked the location with everything nearby e.g. grocery store, shopping center... Thank you and we look forward to returning again.

The home is comfortable and located in a quiet area near the beachfront. Good communication with Eunice answering calls. I recommend it.

Huge apartment with three bedrooms and private terrace overlooking the garden of Lourdes, she even offered us freshly picked papaya! The accommodation is clean and two minutes from the city center. Lourdes was very responsive, kindly advised us and even made it easier for us to travel to Serra Malagueta and Tarrafal I totally recommend it! Thank you for everything!
