The stay and experience were excellent from start to finish. In addition to all the natural beauty of the place (sleeping and being with the sound of the waterfall next door was simply wonderful!), the concept of the house, the amenities and the comfort deserve to be highlighted. I would like to highlight a few points: attention to detail in all aspects, clear and efficient communication, including instructions for accessing and using the house with videos, and a well-equipped kitchen, with enough utensils to prepare great meals. Anyway, I highly recommend the stay and I certainly intend to return soon!

I simply loved my stay at Mirante da Jana! Every detail was thought out with great affection, everything was very well organized and the place is simply stunning! The landscape is surreal, breathtaking… a true paradise for those seeking peace and connection with nature. I would also like to mention Felipe's wonderful service. He was super attentive, picked us up near the ferry (even though it wasn't his obligation) and even gave us great tips on beaches and restaurants in the area. A real host! I recommend it with my eyes closed! Those seeking tranquility, beauty and an unforgettable view can rent without fear. I miss it already and I will definitely be back!

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Everything was impeccable, Victor and Felipe were always available, as was Genilson, always ready to help and answer our questions, we had everything we needed in the house, we were very well received and accommodated, the house is clean, organized, clean and fragrant bed/bath/pool linen, clean and perfectly functioning hot tub, the condominium is very quiet, very close to the beach (practically on the sand), there are no street vendors and stalls nearby, we will return more often if God wills!

The accommodation matches the description, it is close to the beach, bakery and the center with restaurants. It has all the utensils, towels, bed linens and pillows. Everything was ok!

No words to describe the accommodation, everything clean, delicious bed linen, full and equipped kitchen (it helped a lot because we stayed 4 days and made most of the meals in the apartment). We went with a baby and Cristina provided an extra mattress. Even with the cold in June, we were able to enjoy one of the days, and the pool water was ice cold. In a hot season, the pool and barbecue area must be incredible. Everything was impeccable, we will come back more often!!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Everything is beautiful! The apartment is just like the photos. The complex and location are divine. Just keep in mind that the complex is located on the hill, so everything is steep and the distances are more complicated to walk than what the complex appears.
