We love the stay! Caio was very attentive, responded promptly, gave hints about Ilhabela and left a treat on our arrival. The house has a lot of green area, a quiet place and corresponds to the listing. I recommend it and if you go to Ilhabela again, it would be in this space again.

This is the second time that my family and I have spent a few days at the house. It is super large caters everything it promises, close to everything. We love it and will come back for sure!

We had a great stay, the house was clean and according to the photos and description. The clean pool and the house exceeded our expectations. Casa mto boa, exactly like description and photos. Mto Beautiful, Decorated, Nova, Well-equipped Mto. 3 floors, 3 suites on the 2 floor and 1 (the largest) on the 3 floor. The 2 air conditioners in the living room and kitchen were great and made a difference.The kitchen is well equipped,with new td, good quality and good taste. Cabem 2 small cars in the garage(but it's quiet to leave another one on the street in front).Casa is almost on the corner of the Costa Azul market, and just over 300m from entrance 2 of the beach! We did everything on foot there,msm c/ 5 children.The tent and chairs he has partnership on the beach was extremely helpful to us. In the house has some beach chairs and tbm cart, boards. The hot pool was amazing tbm! We were super welcome, oriented and served all the time by Igor (homemade), one of the air-conditioners in the room spoiled, and he super struggled, and arranged someone to pack on the same day! The super attentive Anderson always tbm!Facilitated mto our check-in included. Ctz we'll be back!

Monday of many times I will be back. The house is very delicious, air-conditioning in all rooms, heated pool, super structure for barbecue and kitchen. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, all suite. The condominium is great, super good location. Gustavo is a super host, always willing. The house is always impeccably clean and needs ZERO maintenance! My favorite place on the North Shore. You can book without fear.

Marvellous stay. Márcio is extremely polite and attentive. He sent me all the guidelines before I even got in touch. When the house was available he immediately let us know and gave us the guidelines for access (too bad we got traffic and couldn't get in on time lol). Extremely clean, organized and equipped house. Great stoves, refrigerators and freezers. Always clean swimming pool. My family loved everything. They can rent without fear, it's worth every penny.

Location close to the center and about 5 min from some good beaches. A Julia (host) always very helpful, a love of person. I highly recommend it. I only missed a cold shower in the backyard to take sand from the beach before entering the pool, and everything else is fantastic.

Rafael's house surprised us, corresponds to the photos, and the place is extremely pleasant and the beach of Guaeca is a delight. Great for small children, we were with two babies and 3 children and everyone enjoyed a lot. The house has a nice pool and the place is super quiet. Also, the house is in front of the tennis court, which is great for those who like to practice the sport. Finally, the Vanessa that cooked and tidied the house during our stay is super pleasant, friendly and proactive. The township was truly all delicious, we spent happy days.

The location is excellent, close to the beach and with a market and bakery very close, which makes everyday life much easier. The house is simply charming: beautiful, cozy, very well equipped and with great quality items. A real charm! Marcel was super attentive, always responded quickly and was very kind to us. Val, the housekeeper, also received us with great politeness and care. In addition, check-in in the morning is a plus. It was a perfect weekend!

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. Very spacious and cozy house. Very quiet place and close to the historic center of the Island, many attractions. Highlight for the spectacular view that can be enjoyed from the deck, the pool or the balconies of the suites. Very kind and correct Hostel. We will, without a doubt.

Great house, very spacious and well located on a relatively quiet beach, but with good structure. The house has several items for use on the beach, tent, chairs, etc. The best restaurant nearby is Limão Cravo, which has a varied menu and great food. Several wineries nearby help with the drinks.

Our experience at the Lia house was unforgettable. We were very welcome. Gabi, took care of all the details and was always available to help. The house was impeccable, all the rooms clean and other spaces of the house, the hydro made a big difference, as we took a few days of rain, but nothing that takes away the glare and the desire to stay in the Lia house. We returned to our home with a grateful heart.
