Excellent stay, quiet neighbourhood and very close to tram stop and supermarket. Yana is an excellent host who helped me with problems instantly. I stayed for 10 days and it was a great stay. Kitchen was fully equipped .

easy check in, fast responding host, everytime we asked they answered in a few minutes. Place was clean, private, has an elevator to upper floor, is walking distance from train station and has a great park right next to it.

Wir haben drei schöne Tage in der Unterkunft von Marina verbracht. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem neuen Wohngebiet direkt am Wasser. Die Wohnung war sauber und wie beschrieben. Es gibt jedoch kein Wifi, dem sollte man sich bewusst sein. Die Terrasse lud zum frühstücken in der Sonne ein, jedoch hätte der Rasen gemäht werden können, so wirkte es etwas ungepflegt. Die Küchenausstattung ist sehr reduziert (abgezählt), aber ausreichend um sich etwas zu kochen. Das Bett war bequem, jedoch fehlt ein kleiner Nachttisch mit Lampe. Bis zu nächsten U-Bahn sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß und dann ist man innerhalb von vier Stationen im Zentrum. Die Kommunikation mit Marina hätte besser laufen können, manchmal musste man sehr lange auf eine Antwort warten.

Very clean and well equipped place, it has everything you might need during a longer stay. Vera is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful appartment in a quiet area, near to all public transports, easy to access to the old city and Karolina is very kind and reactive to any message. Definitely super recommended!

I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to see Prague without going to tourist hell. It is in walking distance to the castle. Public transportation is less than 5 minutes walk to take you in 10 minutes to the tourist areas. The balcony looks out on a peaceful square in a family neighborhood. The apartment was carefully restored and is a very pleasant, restful place to stay. It had a full kitchen with all the accoutrements.

Martina hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist hell und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten für einen schönen Abschluss des Tages ist angenehm. Geschäfte (Globus, Rossmann, Apotheke) und Restaurants (z.B. Pub) sind nahebei. Die Metrostation Nové Butovice ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort ist man schnell im Zentrum von Prag. Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal bei Martina und fühlen uns fast wie zuhause.

Preiswertes AirBnB mit toller Lage und einer netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Es gibt Einkaufsläden,preiswerte Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung

Zůstali jsme 3 noci s dvěma pejsky. Hostitelka byla moc milá a psi si užili zahrádky i přilehlých polí. V okolí bylo ticho a v noci nás nic nerušilo. V kuchyni jsme nevařili a nevyužili jsme ani grill. K dispozici jsou lehátka a altanek na posezení. Ubytování je pěkné, odpovídající fotkám. Nic luxusního, ale plně nám to postačovalo.

We hebben 10 dagen doorgebracht in het huis van Kristyna en ons prima vermaakt! We hadden overwegend goed weer, waardoor we het zwembad lekker konden gebruiken. Prettig: de binnenkant is van een soort zeil en niet van tegeltjes dus lekker comfortabel zonder scherpe randen. Iedere dag buiten eten, bbq een paar keer gebruikt, prima bedden, horren voor alle ramen, airco door bijna het hele huis. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers maar 1 daarvan is op de overloop van de andere 2 slaapkamers en daar heb je dus wat minder privacy. Keuken is prima (er is alleen geen oven) Veel prive tuin/ruimte om het hele huis. Er is een ander klein gasten verblijf vlakbij maar daar hebben we helemaal geen last van gehad en de tuin kan eventueel verder afgeschermd worden als je dat wil. Zwembad en tuin zijn sowieso prive. Voor wie Praag wil bezoeken: zet je auto neer bij de P+R ‘Cerny most’ en pak de metro naar het centrum. Metro is €1,- p.p. en parkeren was €2,- voor een hele dag

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Jakub. La maison était très agréable et grande même pour 5 personnes. Emplacement idéal pour visiter le secteur. Merci pour les petites intentions et les nombreux documents pour préparer nos visites. La boîte à clés est très pratique.

Wir waren eine Gruppe und hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Haus. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben: gemütlich, gut ausgestattet und ideal für unseren Aufenthalt. Auch die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war herzlich und unkompliziert. Lediglich für den Reinigungszustand an ein, zwei Stellen gibt es einen Mini-Punktabzug. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben - eine klare Empfehlung!

Świetne miejsce dla tych, którzy chcą być zarówno blisko cudownego miasta, ale też blisko przyrody.

Ubytování bylo v pořádku. Vše čisté, dokonale vybavená kuchyně a hlavně sítě proti hmyzu 😀,člověk se nebál otevřít balkonové dveře na celou noc😂. Kolem absolutní klid a pohoda. Jediný biotop jsme nevyužili ke koupání, kvůli zvířátkům 😀, které tam jsou doma. Mohu všem, kdo touží po klidu a odpočinku jen doporučit.

Wunderschönes gemütliches Holzhaus direkt an einem Bach gelegen und umgeben von Bergen und Wald. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was wir brauchten. Als es kühler würde aber wir den Holzofen angefeuert und das ganze Haus wurde noch gemütlicher.. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Michal war sehr freundlich, alles hat super geklappt, er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, nahe der Moldau und nur fünf Minuten vom Kongresszentrum entfernt. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Ich würde jederzeit gerne wieder dorthin gehen, danke!

Excellent séjour passé chez Ephraïm. Le logement est très agréable : très propre, cosy, avec énormément d'équipements, décoré avec goût et soin. On s'y est senti de suite chez nous. Ephraïm est un hôte parfait : il nous a envoyé des mails très précis pour notre arrivée, nous a recommandé des restos/bars/lieux a été flexible sur les horaires, réactif à nos messages. Et le nec plus ultra : non seulement il y avait de la nourriture (épicerie sèche + fruits + produits frais) mais nous avons en plus eu la chance d'avoir du pain fait maison. Le meilleur Airbnb que nous avons pu faire jusqu'à maintenant ! Mille mercis !

Great place, great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Super responsive. The kitchen faucet was broken and they sent a repair man on a Sunday. Highly recommended!!

Byt je veľmi pekný a moderne zariadený s plnou výbavou. Veľmi dobrá lokalita, všetko poruke a v blízkosti je zastávka električky, ktorá Vás zavezie priamo do centra.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt bei Zeki, die Wohnung ist gut angebunden und sehr nah an der Moldau, im direkten Umfeld gibt’s auch gute Cafés und Bars.

Jitka was so helpful! Very cute room, with a great view and walkable to everything!! Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling alone :)

Příjemné ubytování kousek od centra, nic nám nechybělo.

Martin's place is great for both travelling with family or friends. Near a nice mall with a big Tesco for groceries. Public transportation to the city takes a bit of time but several trams near the location. The apartment was spacious and had all of the amenities (including dish-washer poes and laundry detergent). Could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise nice.
