His place was very clean and within walking distance of Provenza, parks, restaurants, and meeting points for tours. I would gladly stay here again as everything was perfect! Overall, it was a great day and it’s walkable. It’s not far from the subway. Its in a working class area but it was a wonderful Location still. I would say no matter where you are in Medellin be diligent. Be vigilant. Don’t have your phone out. Have an idea where you are going. Juan’s place is close to man places and also not far from the metro line. Take the metro blue to Estrella to get to poblano. The studio has two bathrooms which was litty!!! And it’s stylish and quant. I wish I could have stayed longer. The large window brings in so much lights The only issue is I wish that it was less nosy. Like if the building were built in such a way to reduce the noise. Medellín is loud. Lots of noise pollution. Traffic during the day is loud. You can hear the cars and trucks pressing their horns. Overall I would stay here again.

el hotel es lindo limpio y ordenado está en en una zona fabulosa porque tiene restaurantes, supermercado, y todo muy cerca. estaba súper limpio y ofrecen lavar la ropa gratis. siempre contestaban rápido y ayudan con lo que necesites. tener en cuenta que no tienen servicio de insumos como botellas de agua. la zona es tranquila pero en general la ciudad está repleta de indigentes si no estás acostumbrado puede ser muy incómodo. no puedo quejarme del servicio son amables atentos y en todo te van a ayudar

Ricardo was an excellent host—very prompt in responding to all of my inquiries and incredibly accommodating when my trip plans changed and I needed to extend my stay. The apartment is located in a quiet, walkable part of upscale Poblado, with Santafé Mall just about a 15-minute walk away. I appreciated the suggestions Ricardo provided for places to visit around Medellín, which added a nice local touch to the experience. As others have mentioned, the only real issue was the shower water, which fluctuated between very hot, warm, and cold. Addressing that would definitely bring this apartment closer to a solid 10/10. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone who values comfort, solitude, and the charm of an upscale neighborhood with a bit of eclectic flair.

Santiago is always responsive and helpful when I have issues. I have used his other property in the same building and both spaces are clean. You are in a quiet neighborhood, and you are away from traffic. Great space to work remotely from. It has basic kitchen necessities for cooking, washer & dryer unit, large refrigerator, and a small desk to work in. You are in walking distance to local restaurants and cafes. Supermarket and Bancolombia are nearby. Only a 20 minute walk to the first and second parks of Laureles. Internet could be faster as I still had trouble with video meetings even though I had a wired connection. The only big con was paying for the A/C unit. Heat rises up since you are at the top floor, and can get hot during the warmer seasons. Not much air flow from the windows, but there is also a big fan to use.

I loved this place so much I decided to extend my stay by two months! The views, amenities, secure location, access to all of your needs in Manila and El Poblado. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had in any country. I’m a digital nomad and was happy with the strong internet. There was a building wide internet outage (not the host’s fault, it was a company issue) one day and Juli worked with me step by step over a couple of hours to troubleshoot. There is a building under construction next door so there is a bit of noise throughout the day but if you are coming from a larger city, the noise was not bothersome in my opinion. The security team was always pleasant as well. I loved how the location is set slightly outside of the liveliness of El Poblado but you still have access to all that the neighborhood has to offer! This stay has set the bar really high for my experience in Medellín and if possible, I will return to this stay again and again.

Muy bonito apartamento, pequeño pero con todo lo necesario para una o dos personas. Limpio, ordenado y bien organizado todo. La ubicación es muy buena, todo cerca y en un sector bastante tranquilo pero bastante cerca de la 70. Lina siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier comunicación.

I would return! Nico always responded to any concern I had in under 30 minutes. There were a couple of times when things outside of his control were going to cause me an inconvenience (like the power company turning power off to the neighborhood), and every time he reached out in advance to tell me. I stayed for a month and after 2 weeks a cleaner was provided at no cost. It’s a great spot, priced well and run by a responsive and respectful host.

El apartamento se encuentra en lugar muy bonito con el cafetería en el primero piso para las compras que necesitas como viajero. Hay muchos restaurantes y bares 5minutos caminando. La habitación estuvo muy bonita y limpia, tenía las cosas que necesitaba para cocinar para trabajar también. Me gustó que el dueño siempre estaba atento de cualquier duda que tenía en mi estancia. Muchas gracias por recibirme en mi su lugar!!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

I was very pleased with this apartment loft, the area has lots to offer and much cheaper then staying in Pablado. The host was great and most of the staff was very pleasant. The older gentleman that does late night/ early morning had an attitude but everyone else was great. I would absolutely recommend this host and the loft to friends, family and anyone wanting to be in a nice secure building. thank you so much for having me in your beautiful home. I may return again and this will be my go to location.

Mi estancia en este apartamento fue maravillosa. Me acostumbre muy rápido a estar ahi. El trato de el señor Luis fue maravilloso. El personal de la portería es muy amable y atento. Voy a extrañar muchísimo mi estadía en Medellin y el parque que esta en frente del edificio. ( iba todas las mañanas hacer ejercicios) 100% recomiendo a el señor Luis como anfitrión, siempre estaré agradecida por su atención y amabilidad. Si vas a Medellin es el mejor sitio para hospedarte.

Great place and location. Very responsive host and amazing view of Medellín. The area is very beautiful and even the staff of the building were extremely helpful and friendly. Another hidden gem was the store on the 4th floor that has everything from food and snacks and supplies. Even eggs for breakfast! Always greeted with a smile. Would recommend this host and experience for everyone!

Me quedé un mes en el alojamiento de María. Es un lugar muy bonito rodeado de muchos arboles, ubicado en una zona tranquila si no quieres mucho ruido alrededor, además tiene sus cortinas blackout. Maria es muy atenta cuando le escribía respondía rápidamente. La única área de mejora que propondría es al menos poner un microondas, una cocina más equipada para largas estancias y un secador de pelo. De resto todo perfecto !
