The apartment is located in a very nice place with the cafeteria on the first floor for the purchases you need as a traveler. There are many restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk. The room was very nice and clean, it had the things I needed to cook and to work too. I liked that the owner was always attentive to any questions I had during my stay. Thank you very much for having me at your place!!

Perfect place for me

Fredy was such a great host. We stayed there over a month and we’re very happy. He was always responsive - even willing to drive two hours when we lost the key! Thankfully we found the key, but the gesture was so appreciated. Excellent location, apartment and host. Thanks Fredy!

This was our 2nd stay here and we still love it. Great location close to many restaurants, bars, and transportation. Gets a lil noisy on weekend nights so plan excursions accordingly. Definitely recommend!

The loft is beautiful and is located in a very quiet area, ideal for resting. Although there is no immediate access to public transportation, walking between 7 and 10 minutes you can reach a Metroplús stop, which facilitates the connection with the rest of the city. It is also easy to get around by taxi or through apps like Uber. Alejo is very attentive and kind.

I was very pleased with this apartment loft, the area has lots to offer and much cheaper then staying in Pablado. The host was great and most of the staff was very pleasant. The older gentleman that does late night/ early morning had an attitude but everyone else was great. I would absolutely recommend this host and the loft to friends, family and anyone wanting to be in a nice secure building. thank you so much for having me in your beautiful home. I may return again and this will be my go to location.

Great apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Quiet and peaceful. Everything was close by, from Downtown to stores. Highly recommend.

My stay at this apartment was wonderful. I got used to being there very quickly. Mr. Luis' treatment was wonderful. The concierge staff is very friendly and helpful. I will really miss my stay in Medellin and the park that is in front of the building. (I went every morning to exercise) I 100% recommend Mr. Luis as a host, I will always be grateful for his attention and kindness. If you go to Medellin, it's the best place to stay.

Luis is a phenomenal host. Always check in on me to make sure I was okay. Responds to my message right away and any request I had was dealt with within 15 mins. Nury and Andres are great hosts! Always willing to help. I had some issues with door lock at the entry but hosts worked with me to find a resolution. This apartment is a great accommodation for a short time one or two person stay with a great view.

Alexander's place was great! at arrival the check-in was straightforward and easy. The place is small, nonetheless, the appliances and shelve distribution were very well designed. I am happy to have found a fast WiFi connection. The building has 24/7 concierge which makes it very safe. Plenty of nearby supermarkets, restaurants and clubs. The sink at the bathroom was partially blocked, which made it difficult washing and disposing shaving. Hope it will get fix for future guests. The TV's adapter doesn't fit. That wasn't a problem for me as I don't watch TV though. Apart from that, everything worked perfectly.

I stayed at Maria's place for a month. It is a very nice place surrounded by many trees, located in a quiet area if you don't want a lot of noise around, it also has blackout curtains. Maria is very attentive, and when I wrote to her she responded quickly. The only area of improvement I would propose is to at least put in a microwave, a more equipped kitchen for long stays and a hair dryer. Everything else was perfect!
