Lovely apartment with walking distance to the city centre

Cozy and modern apartment in calm surroundings, rented from a communicative and flexible host. Opportunity to buy extra parking spot in underground garage welcomed and utilized. Very clean flat equipped with all what you need for your stay (especially the full kitchen with extra tea/coffee appreciated). The location not in core centre, so if you dont mind and you are OK to stay in more calm environment (like was our case), definitely recommendable!

Beautiful building, and expertly decorated. I stayed here 3 times, and enjoyed it the whole stay. The location is perfect; very close to Powiejska, Wolności Plac, and the Stary Rynek. Everything was clean. And all the amenities needed to live comfortably were provided. The hosts were very helpful with any needs or concerns, and always provided quick and helpful responses. Would love to stay again!

We cannot say enough positive about this place! Before we even got there I knew it would be amazing based on my interactions with Marta. She was helping me with trying to schedule a hair appointment with an English speaking hairdresser stylist and was so helpful! The place itself is lovely, modern, spacious, well kept and clean. The location is even better as you can walk to Old town in 5 minutes and there are endless bakeries and shops close by. We will be returning to visit our daughter and we will most certainly try to stay here.

The best apartment and the best host I stayed at in Poland! The flat is much bigger and spacious than it looks on the pictures. The central location is perfect as it’s very close to the city centre but yet a little bit outside noisy streets. Piotr was super helpful and his fast reaction is outstanding. He’s managed to fix the door locking mechanism within one day on Sunday. Truly amazing host!

Great place in the centre of Poznan

I can agree with all the positive reviews that have been left so far. I have stayed in many beautiful Airbnb places, but Kinga's place is one of those I will particularly remember. Wonderfully quiet, very well located to discover Poznan, very good communication with Kinga, wonderful furnishings and equipment of the apartment.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this location due to an error in the system that double booked the apartment. I am leaving a review for the host, though. She was very responsive and apologetic when she realized that the error had double booked the location. She immediately refunded the full amount. Very professional and courteous… Mistakes happen!

Had a very nice stay here. Very good price, the room is spacious, clean, everything is well designed and make you feel comfortable. The only downsides is what you sign for with the shared bathroom and the tram making noise at night ( stops around midnight and starts again at 4/5 in the morning ). I recommend!

Four of us stayed in 2 apartments next door to each other. Rooms are clean and in a great location 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. Would recommend staying.

Oh my goodness how clean, quiet, peaceful and cozy. I had a great night there. I highly recommend Agnieszka. I slept so comfortably that when I got back I started explaining to my fiancé what bed he wanted, why, and why the choice of duvet is so important. Very nice and peaceful evening, thank you!

The apartment is located in a wonderful neighborhood that offers many interesting gastronomic places. Staying with Agnieszka made me feel at home. It felt the warmth and spirit of the house. A well-equipped apartment that meets expectations for a shorter and longer trip. Agnieszka is a very welcoming person who takes care of everyone as satisfied as possible. I highly recommend!
