Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Powhatan County

Tina's place is spacious , clean and has so many items for you "just in case". We stay in AirBNBs quite often and Tina's kitchen is AMAZING! Has everything a kitchen would need plus fully stocked! I actually pack spices, oil, traveling sharp knife and sometimes we bring our counter top oven (for TX airBNB) but didnt need anything this time!! The TVs were already set up with Netflix etc and there are tons of blankets, games, luggage racks, laundry room etc. We started a puzzle on one of the 2 tables and one person in the party was able to finish his work in the office. There is a playground at the school through the wooden pathway so we could take the kids to play. Wedding venue was 3 miles away and Hull Street is a mere 12 mins where there are tons of restaurants, shopping and the hair and nail salon for the wedding prep etc. There is plenty of room for your large family here! It was a pleasure to stay at the cottage! From the kind extras like breakfast treats in the fridge to the fresh tulips, it was a lovely experience. The screened in porch was fabulous with the warm spring days. The furniture was comfortable and inviting to sit and stay a while. I’d love to return again!

Upon entering the home I was so pleasantly surprised! Beautiful, open, nicely decorated! They were flexible with dates and we enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay. I’m so glad to find a place that still has acreage instead of townhouses, small homes, & apartments. The property is beautiful with fields in all directions. My dogs have never been happier. We went out every day for walks. The dogs had the zoomies to their hearts content. The house is much like my great grandmother’s making me feel right at home. The bed was comfy. We had our coffee on the sofa looking out the windows. The basement was comfortable with rockers, the dining area & tv. It was a chilly weekend but the heater helped warm us with heat and ambiance. We had all that we needed in the kitchen. The location is about 30 minutes to Richmond or Midlothian. So nice to have the beauty of a farm with access to a city filled with fun and history. Thanks Ellen! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic accommodations - apartment seemed close to new with plenty of room & private bathroom for each bedroom & big walk-in closets. Nice common area between bedrooms. Great dog park & areas to walk dog. Would definitely stay with Anna again & highly recommend.

The Greenhouse was a great place for us to stay. It was easy to find and close to the grocery store and restaurants. James was a great host who was very responsive to any question we had and checked in on us regularly. If we are in the area again, we will consider staying here again.

The house was clean and had all the features we needed to be comfortable. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were helpful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and provided great directions for getting into the house. The location was perfect for our visit, and the bathrooms and bedrooms provided good accommodations. The heating and air conditioning worked well through fairly radical weather swings during our stay.

We had 3 families and our soccer coach staying together for a local tournament. Alyson was great to deal with and communicated very well with prompt responses. The house and the grounds were wonderful. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful location Tony
