Perfect Airbnb. Was very clean, cozy and has was very friendly and checked in multiple times via message to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly reccomended!

This place was amazing extremely spacious and had everything you needed. Was local to everything we needed 5 min walk to the pleasure beach the sandcastle the beach aswell as the south pier arcades. Lots of food places and bars close by aswell. The place was spotless beds were comfortable and clean the whole place we could Not fault at all would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely place and ideally located for all the amenities of Blackpool. The property is well decorated and spacious. Would definitely return

Fantastic place in a first class location with all amenities and services nearby. Wonderful sunset views from the balcony. Spacious accommodation with comfortable beds and all as described. Christine is a wonderful host offering us an day early check in which was an amazing gesture greatly appreciated. She also provided screens of helpful information and responded ar once to my - sometimes dopey - queries. Highly recommended. 12 out of 10 from us.

Lindsey was a friendly host and gave us all instructions to access the building without needing to ask. The place was clean and tidy & it felt very homely.

it was amazing to stay in Konrads appartement. Super close to the center, but calm. the flat is beautiful and clean. we will come back!

Stayed here end of August. Great house, everything you need, and more. Even ice in the freezer for drinks!! Spotless, clean modern, nice area to sit out. Spacious living room/ diner. TVs in bedroom and living room. Two large double beds and a pull out double bed ( we didn’t use). Modern bathroom and an extra seperate w/c. Key-box to check in no problem. Private parking for one car, very comfortable cool house . Would book again. Close to prom and Pleasure beach. Lovely walk to Tower for us, as we like walking. We were satisfied with our 2-day stay. The location and accessibility of the property were very good. The space was thoughtfully designed to meet essential needs. Communication with the host was easy and smooth. In terms of cleanliness, it was generally acceptable, though there were a few areas that could be improved. For example, the inside of the oven and the toilets were not unusable, but they could have been cleaner. A few basic kitchen supplies, such as salt, could also be added for convenience. Additionally, the toilet seat needed some adjustment. Despite these minor issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again on a future trip.

I absolutely LOVED this apartment- I was really sad to leave! It was spotlessly clean and tidy, immediately welcoming and cosy, and the perfect home away from home. It had everything one could ever need, and the lovely welcome basket of food and drinks was a thoughtful touch. Tracy was BRILLIANT! Very quick to respond to messages and extremely helpful. I highly recommend her as a host and her beautiful home. The location of the apartment was great: close to the train station, shops, promenade/beach, and plenty of bus links. I will definitely be back! Thanks again for a lovely holiday.

We loved the apartment! There was everything we needed and the area is beautiful and to some extent unspoilt. We have family still living in the area, we moved just over 6 years ago after 30 years. The sunsets are remarkable and worth the visit just for those. We will definitely be returning !

Owner very helpful and very quick to respond. Very clean and looked like on pics, beds so comfy. Excellent walking distance to central Blackpool. Free parking which is always a bonus. Would recommend.

Property as described. Very clean. In a quiet area 15min walk from main street of St Annes. Good parking. Handy having small Tesco nearby plus couple of takeaways.

the stay was really good felt like home,kids were really happy & so we're we.. ONLY Disliked the checkout time & wasn't allowed to use hottub after 10pm

This was easily one of the best locations we’ve had the pleasure of staying in. The team was super helpful and incredibly friendly. The proximity to the beach was also a big bonus

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

There were mirrors here so no need to take one , bedrooms very clean , however bathrooms are downstairs and I didn’t realise this from the layout . a lovely place to stay I would highly recommend the stay at this accommodation. Hot tub was secluded and nobody could see us in there so we all felt very safe and secure .

Lovely stay!! We came for something a little different for NYE and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a little bit tricky to find in the dark/rain & wind but once we found our house it was beautiful inside! Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms, very modern. Hot tub had a great view of the country side. Only downside I would say is once you’re in the hot tub there is no where to put your things such as towel or drinks. This has not put us off as we are thinking of rebooking sometime in the summer!

Had an amazing weekend. apartment was an ideal base for us between the north and south piers. it was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. this place really did tick all the boxes. can't fault anything in the apartment or Laura herself who's communication has been great the whole weekend. can't recommend enough and we will absolutely be back in the future!

Very convenient for our needs. The place does exactly what it says on the tin. David makes check in and stay very easy, great communication.

This place is very beautiful and my family and I liked it very much. The place is very clean and tidy and everything is available in it. We will go there again soon.
