Restaurants, bars, supermarket, bakery, swimming pool, tennis court etc. at walking distance. Region is well known for castles, vineyards & cycling routes; 3 hours drive from Paris on the A10.

Studio Jeanne d'Arc at the foot of the Chateau

You'll be staying at the foot of the Royal Fortress of Chinon. Located in the heart of Chinon's medieval old town, our studio is a clean, bright, quiet place on the ground floor looking out onto a flowered garden where you can relax during your stay. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bath with a shower, a double bed, a large, comfortable sofa, WIFI, and TV. Just outside the windows is a garden area with both sun and shade and tables available for you to enjoy.

Charming house completely renovated with enclosed garden, ideally located 15 min from Chinon and its fortress, canoeing and fishing, 5 min from Richelieu the medieval town (accessible by bike via the greenway), 45 min from Futuroscope or 30 min from Center Parc. Visit vineyards and cellars 20 minutes away, we can also give you good addresses, Loire Valley castles nearby as well. You won't have time to get bored!!Parties prohibited. Château Stables with Truffle Orchard

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

1 to 14 people. Very nice house, with pool, terrace with dining area and large plancha, ideal for groups of friends or families. Large lawn for ball games, kite flying, or other. Wooded garden with hammocks, slide, swings and trampoline. Located in a village, 45 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Loire Valley castles, with 5 bedrooms for 2 to 5 people, it is in a quiet area. Exclusively non-smoking and no pets. I practice French Sign Language a little.

The village of Ligré is a 10-minute drive from Chinon, a charming town listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site...
