Vacation rentals with a patio in Potsdam

Hands down, this our favourite places to stay while visiting friends and family. Everything we could possibly need and we felt right home. We look forward to being back soon!

One of the better air bnbs I’ve stayed at recently. I had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities provided. Ryan was great at communicating and even did a check in with us to see if the stay was going well. Beautiful trail in walking distance from the place and had wonderful views of the local ponds. This was my first time visiting the Adirondacks and I would definitely consider this place for my next adventure there.

The location makes it easy to get out and about. We came to ski and snowshoe at The VIC, it was easy to get there. The apartment is just right for a home base. The water pressure in the shower is exceptional! Other reviews mentioned early morning noise, it's simply tiny feet walking about, and you have to really listen for them. I highly recommend Jon's Loj, and hopefully will be back again.

Emily was a great host! Very very responsive for our questions, was able to clear a couple things up, and even offered an extended stay! The location is nice, offers basic amenities. Couldn't quite get to the water from the location due to overgrowth, but it was a quick walk across the street to do so. The train going by was loud at times, but that's obviously not the hosts doing! lol. Otherwise, a suitable spot for a place to stay when visiting. :)

Michele was lovely host. She was very responsive and proactive, but you didn’t have the sense that there was hovering from the owner. She even brought me a homemade gift after we made a connection. The space was beautiful and so was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Finally, the view from the porch overlooking the St. Lawrence river at sunset was magical. We will definitely be back.

We have stayed numerous times at this place for the past year and each time is always such a pleasure. The place is immaculately clean. Ben and Jess are such a wonderful host. Very quick to respond and super accommodating. We always recommend this place to friends and family and will continue to do so. Definitely a 11/10

Great stay as always!

This place is truly exceptional! There are three different outdoor sitting areas, including one that's completely private. The hot tub and firepit are enclosed behind a privacy fence, and guests have full access to the BBQ in the guest area. The place is quaint and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows are unbelievably comfortable. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone considering a stay here.

My daughter and I had a great stay at John's place. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was always accommodating. The pictures were true to what the inside was like. I loved the extra touch of labelling where to find things easily in the kitchen. Check in was super easy. Very quiet and safe area. I would highly recommend this listing. If I have to return to Cornwall, I will definitely visit this spot again if it's available. Thanks John!

We were a group of 6 travelling to Kitcher, Ontario, from New Brunswick. This Air BB had great living space and everything we needed, and it met everyone's needs. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was close to the highway and accessible to everything we needed. I would highly recommend it.

This was a great stay for 5 adults and a toddler. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of driveway space for 4 cars. Wish the weather was a bit nicer during our stay so we could have enjoyed the front porch! We plan to return and like that there is an option to rent the 3rd floor with more bedrooms/another bathroom.

This cottage was right on the lake and was extremely peaceful. Kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun! It’s a short trip away from 1000 islands which was so worth it!!

Alicia’s place definitely felt like a home away from home! The house was comfortable and spacious, and Alicia put a lot of thought into the little details. The house was very well-equipped and extremely clean. It was an easy 30-minute drive to Potsdam, which made it a great place to stay for the Clarkson University graduation.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Ashley’s. The space was exactly as described. Lots of space for the kids to play. It did not seem like a basement space at all, very bright. We highly recommend this place for a one night stay or multi night! Ashley was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had, she gave clear instructions for entry and outlined what the space came with and any add on features.

We just spent 3 nights in Fern house and loved it. We felt right at home, very clean and well located to walk to restaurants and and main attractions. The house as old charm with updated amenities. Thank you Fern and Charlene we had a great time! Josée

Our overnight stay was perfect-pictures do not do it justice! Marlene’s retreat is the perfect place to unwind-especially the dining area overlooking the river-magical! From the well equipped kitchen (and welcoming bottle of bubbly), to the wonderfully comfortable beds, I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay-a dip in the steamy hot tub, really topped off our busy day. So thank you Marlene, you are the perfect hostess, from the moment we arrived, until we left, appreciated all of your attention to detail, made the whole experience seamless, and so memorable-THANK YOU.
