Good morning, I stayed in the Orto Marino in August 2024 with my husband and 12-year-old daughter. Michela immediately proved to be kind and proactive from the time of booking, recommending beaches, typical shops and restaurants on site. The house is on the first hill with a sea view, so in a very quiet area among the olive trees. The sea is a 5-minute drive away and offers ample parking to reach equipped or free beaches. The sea is very clean and beautiful from morning to night. The house is very comfortable and clean and always cool and ventilated, with two terraces to enjoy a beautiful view and for outdoor evening dinners. Michela has always been discreet, but present at our every request and I feel I can recommend her accommodation. Thanks to you Michela and your family from us!

Flaminia is a great host. She was always approachable and gave us some very good, regional recommendations. We were able to ask her everything and everything worked out perfectly. The apartment is very nice, there is everything you need. Flaminia has furnished it with an eye for detail and very nicely equipped. As a welcome, there was wine from their own winery, which we can also highly recommend. The large garden and the view of the sea are particularly great. The house is quiet, but you can reach all shopping facilities within 5 minutes. A good place to explore the area. We thank Flaminia for her hospitality and are always happy to come back.

We had a lot of traffic jams and only arrived at the accommodation around midnight. Finding the right way to the house was not easier with our navigation system. Thanks to the electronic check-in, everything else went smoothly. It is a unique, beautifully designed house where we immediately felt comfortable. Civitanova is only about 15 minutes' drive away. Also in Civitanova Alta, you can walk into the old town in the evening to enjoy a freshly tapped beer, a mixed cocktail or an ice cream. People are very friendly, open and helpful. On hot days, we also liked to go to the small pool in the evening to cool off a bit. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as the house as a whole. The air conditioning was very helpful as well. It was just great to eat on the terrace in the morning and evening or just to relax on the loungers/lounge chairs. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

We stayed at the beginning of September and I can only reconfirm what other guests have said: Simona was always quick and effective in responding to requests and doubts when booking and her parents (who are the people who physically welcome you) are wonderful in making you feel at home immediately. The accommodation is very large, equipped with everything and very close to the sea (the beach can be reached on foot in just over 5 minutes). We had a great time.

A terrace features wooden lounge chairs positioned for scenic views of rolling hills. A small wooden table stands nearby, accompanied by a cozy blanket draped on one chair. The space is enhanced by natural light and an open sky, inviting relaxation.

Cristiano's house is pleasant to live in, in a quiet area. Everything had to be renovated recently. The description matches reality, the cleanliness is impeccable, the kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beautiful and large outdoor terrace offers a beautiful view of the countryside with Mount Conero and the sea in the background. Private parking inside the property. In five minutes by car, you will find all the necessary shops. The first beaches are also minutes away. Good location of the house, whether you are looking for relaxation or to discover the surrounding villages and small fortified towns. The hosting and communication with our hosts was excellent. In short, we had a nice stay and recommend this place.
