The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Communication was clear and easy—our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

What an absolutely perfect stay we had. Tamara was an amazing host, helping us organise our elopment wedding from Scotland. The house was huge and well kept. we paid to get the pool heated and it was like a warm bath - we spent ages in there and the kids loved it. If we visit again we would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future. We had an amazing stay at Jason’s house! The place is beautifully set up with every facility you can think of — and even the ones you didn’t think you needed! Both adults and kids had a great time, with something for everyone. The 5 ensuite bedrooms made our group gathering super convenient and comfortable. Jason was also incredibly responsive — always quick to reply and easy to reach for any questions. We’re already looking forward to coming back next time!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.

We love eating out so perfect for us to walk to the restaurants for a meal and wine. Even walking distance to portsea pub. Definitely stay here again

We travelled as a group of 4 adults with 2 kids. The house is gorgeous, in a great location and with everything you could possibly need. We loved our stay and made great use of the beautiful tennis court (for tennis and improv pickle ball!). Nikki is a great host, with clear and friendly communication. We will be back!

This place is amazing! We loved it and will be back next year. The house was so warm and homely, already at arrival. Lots of areas to hang out in and the spa was next level. Communication was fantastic and we just loved the area. What a beautiful spot. Great experience!

Beautiful house built around a nice tennis court. Loved the pod style design with 3 pods of bedrooms with bathrooms and a another with a large kitchen and lounge. Made it so simple for two families to have a master for each set of parents while the kids had a space of their own. The place was incredibly well stocked with linen, towels, kitchen equipment and board games - along with tennis and basketball gear. It's probably the cleanest, best presented air bnb I've stayed in for years and I think I'll be back for another tennis long weekend soon.

10/10 Stay! Our weekend away before Christmas was perfect. Melodie made the stay so painless and easy. The house itself was so well thought out with comfy beds, a clean and lovely pool and firewood for the fire. The outdoor area was unreal also and where we spent most of our time. Highly recommend!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

We loved our stay at the Glasshouse! The house was immaculately presented and we felt right at home the moment we walked in. The handwritten “Thank you” card was a very thoughtful touch! We loved the large well equipped kitchen and the open plan design with very comfortable living area. The house had a great decking area and our kids loved the table tennis table. The location was very peaceful and only minutes walk to the National Park with a beautiful walk to the beach at sunset. And only a few minutes drive to the local shops. Thank you Hayley and Alex for a wonderful stay!

We had a lovely weekend away! Daisy’s house was peaceful and relaxing, privately located with a beautiful view. The kids enjoyed the spa and farm animals located in neighbouring paddocks. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and the layout works well for 2 families. Daisy was an attentive host and was quick to respond to any messages. Would happily stay again :)

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

From the moment we booked, communication was professional and clear, which made the whole experience seamless. The home itself was immaculate, and the heater had been thoughtfully turned on for our arrival—such a welcoming touch that added to the cosy atmosphere. We brought along our two teens with the goal of enjoying a minimal-tech, family-focused holiday, and this house was absolutely perfect. We cooked meals together, sat by the fire, had movie nights, and even swam in the heated pool under the stars—pure magic. The location was ideal, with stunning coastal walks just outside the front door. We also took a scenic road trip to visit some local wineries and Charlie’s Car Museum, which was a hit with everyone. From boutique shopping in Sorrento to the nearby hot springs, golf driving range and beautiful beach strolls, there was something for everyone. We made some truly special memories here and will definitely be back!
