Ideale per coppie , amanti della natura e tranquillità. Casa unica per posizione in tutta la costa di Gonnesa. ATTENZIONE: sconsigliata a chi ha problemi di deambulazione per la posizione sul mare alla quale si arriva con un percorso a piedi di 100 metri in salita. IUN P5134

Il nostro appartamento è situato a Calasetta a 2 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Sotto Torre. Gode di una bella vista mare dalle principali finestre e balconi. Inoltre la posizione è ideale anche per raggiungere a piedi il centro cittadino in quanto dista a soli 10 minuti a piedi dall'appartamento. Dati i recenti avvenimenti dovuti al Covid-19 ci siamo assicurati di: predisporre sempre almeno 3 giorni da un soggiorno e l’altro. L’accesso a casa è tramite cassetta di sicurezza.

Beautiful house completely refurbished in 2020. Located a few minutes walk from the wonderful Sardinian coast. In an extremely quiet and peaceful spot, your privacy and relaxation are guaranteed. The house can accomodate 4 people. Within 5-15 minutes there are many beaches that can be reached as well as the world famous Tuerreda and its crystal clear waters. The charming town of Teulada can be reached in only ten minutes.

La casa è situata nel centro storico di Sant'antioco e si sviluppa in due piani.
