This refined villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its own shower room and WC. In some of them a glazed panel lets you look out to the sea even from the walk-in shower. Hairdryers and heated towel rails are provided. The 100 m² living area comprises a modern kitchen with a central island and a fitted utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer and storage). The house is fully air conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans, including on the south-facing covered terraces. The bedrooms have king size beds, 180 x 200, reading lights, smart televisions, mirrored wardrobes and a safe. One of them also has bunk beds, bringing the capacity to 12. Four bedrooms upstairs open onto a covered balcony, while a ground-floor bedroom has direct access outside. All have a large picture window with sea views. Outside, the summer kitchen with its sink and plancha grill extends the living space. A north-facing terrace, with sea views straight through the house thanks to its panoramic through-window, invites you to relax under the olive tree in a sun lounger. The sauna and the hot tub both open onto the panoramic view. The hot tub is kept at 37°C and you adjust the temperature as you like. A local stone wall with a counter separates the terrace from the floodlit pétanque court. The heated pool (15 x 4 m, 29°C from April to early November), secured by a submerged safety cover, completes the setting. Just 7 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Cavu river.
