Tanca Del Conte is a beautiful stay, very close to the beach and Muravera. It’s an amazing location to explore southeast Sardinia, and Francesca is so generous and welcoming. The home itself is very comfortable and has perfect views, as well as being very quiet in the evenings. It was very hard to tear ourselves away from this place, and we will be back to visit again!

Your advice and tips for worthwhile restaurants, shopping markets and beaches nearby were very helpful! Our stay was very nice, we really appreciated in the morning as in the evening of a fantastic view, the apartment is very equipped and clean, there are a few minutes from the beaches with the beautiful and clean sea. The barbecue is clean and equipped for easy grilling. Definitely a place to come back.

The house is spacious and really sufficient for 6 people. The furnishings are loving and with appealing details. The key handover was easy and very friendly. Plus good tips for restaurants. Very straightforward. In the low season, the public parking space directly in front of the terrace was almost not used, so very quiet. A bakery, 2 pizzerias/restaurants and a bar are a maximum of 3-5 minutes on foot. To the beach about 5 minutes by foot. Few visitors in the low season. Otherwise, it could get busy because it's not that big. Selection between beach service (umbrella/loungers) and free beach. There is also a beach bar. Another long beach is just 5 minutes away by car. In Porto Corallo there is no possibility in the evening and strolling as it is a pure residential area. But very quiet and relaxing. Good starting point for excursions to the Costa Rei or to Villasimius and Cagliari.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We were in Sardinia for the first time. Since we were there at the very beginning of the season, it was still very quiet, which of course suited us very well. The two restaurants are within walking distance. You can eat well there, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. A cafe with a nice atmosphere and a view of the sea invites you to a relaxing glass of wine or whatever. There are also a number of good restaurants in the area, you are well taken care of. The complex itself is a holiday complex. If you are looking for a bakery, butcher or supermarket, you have to drive to the nearest town (about 7 km). The sea is 200 m from the property. From our terrace we could enjoy the sunrise in the morning. A sandy beach is 200 m away. Everything is very good for families with children. The area is quiet and very rural. But also a lot of nature and original. Mountain bike tours are recommended. And Matteo has always been a great help to us.

Incredibly friendly welcome by the host in the middle of the night! Our boat was delayed so we arrived much too late. The next morning, the beautiful view and the tranquility around the house immediately made up for our few sleeping hours! Everything is as described: beautiful terrace, blissful outdoor shower, well-functioning air conditioning, very neat rooms and bathrooms, ... everything you need for a blissful vacation. The house is also super located. 5 minutes along the stairs down is the cozy Vidha cafe with sublime coffee and Marina gio to eat in the evening. Definitely worth mentioning is also the panatteria next to Vidha. It's a bakery/grocer who super friendly color the beginning of your day... Thank you Maria Christina and Franco for everything! Cozy house, clean and complete with all the comforts, very close to the sea (five minutes walk). Mrs. Loredana was always helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend it.

Antonello's house is really very nice, equipped with everything but really everything and above all very clean. Communication with him has always been clear and has always answered any questions. The only thing I give one less star is the area because in the coral port there is very little and you have to get around either in Villaputzu or Muravera .
