On the second floor, with the ceiling of wooden beams, there is a bedroom, with a double bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. The room is equipped with a small balcony, air conditioning!

The location allows easy and quick access to all the amenities of the center without neglecting the tranquility of the street. Completing the whole is an additional mezzanine floor with hallway/study and bedroom with 2 beds.
