Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Anna et son fils, qui plus est sont très gentils. Le logement est idéalement situé pour profiter de la Caletta et des environs avec desa plages magnifiques à proximité. Même si malheureusement nous avons pas pu profiter de bonnes conditions climatiques... Le logement et la terrasse sont très agréables. Un petit point noir pour la douche qui fuit sinon tout est parfait. La possibilité d'accéder au centre-ville et à la plage à pied est un vrai atout ! je recommande fortement !

Romina e Roberto ci hanno accolto con disponibilità e simpatia, si sono sempre prestati a darci ottimi consigli e informazioni pratiche per la visita di San Teodoro e dintorni. L’alloggio risulta molto comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di San Teodoro e la bellissima spiaggia la cinta. La casa offre uno splendido terrazzo. Consigliamo vivamente questa struttura!

We stayed for 10 days. The house is beautifully located with a large garden and great views. Description was highly accurate. What stood out on top of the house was James' and Federica's proactive communication and high responsiveness including tips to navigate / explore the area. I can highly recommend!

We stayed for 7 nights and we really liked the place, super calm, near the marina and the shopping center (walkable distance ) huge area where you can buy groceries, do shopping and eat fast local food. The home is ideal for 2/3 persons max, great garden, clean. The location is a bit far from the city center for those who don’t have a car or love walking, it could be an issue For us it wasn’t a problem I would definitely come back next time

Tutto è andato benissimo! Casa come da descrizione per le camere e la disposizione degli spazi. Direi che il panorama ed il giardino sono il pezzo forte della casa! Oltre le aspettative! Vedere l'alba dalla casa o dalla spiaggia è stato stupendo! Casa pulita, ordinata, ben attrezzata! Sara sempre disponibilissima! Se ne avremo la possibilità, ci torneremo magari in un periodo fuori stagione per poter godere al meglio della spiaggia di Porto Taverna. Nelle ore centrali è affollata.

Graziosa casa vacanze in una posizione strategica perché appena fuori San Teodoro e a pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più famose della zona, ma il fiore all'occhiello è la tranquillità che la circonda, un agglomerato di case immerse nel silenzio. Lo spazio esterno poi permette di mangiare fuori e rilassarsi sotto il porticato. I proprietari super disponibili e accoglienti. Consigliato.

Es war eine gute Basis, um im Winter, die wunderbare Umgebung zu erkunden, seien es die Berge, das Meer und die schönen Strände der Ostküste oder die Nuraghen-Kultur. Das Haus war vorgeheizt, als wir kamen, sogar das Holzfeuer brannte. Schöne Terrasse, um draussen zu frühstücken. Ein Haus mit einem farbigen Interieur und freundlichen Gastgebern.

Una bella casa con giardino, costruita con impegno dal padre di Laura in persona, in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ma vicinissima ad alcune delle spiagge più belle d’Europa. Laura è stata una host impeccabile: ancora prima di arrivare ci ha mandato tanti suggerimenti di ristoranti, agriturismi e spiagge e risponderà tempestivamente ad ogni vostra domanda. I genitori di Laura ci hanno ricordato che le cose vere e belle sono quelle genuine e autentiche: a partire dai dolcetti fatti in casa dalla madre e offertici al nostro arrivo, fino ai racconti del padre di una vita legata alla terra in questa magnifica isola da proteggere e trattare con amore. Perché se l’ospitalità è un’eccellenza italiana, la Sardegna a e il suo popolo tutto ne sono i più gentili campioni. E Laura e la sua famiglia ne sono l’esempio perfetto. Grazie e a presto.
