Bright and cozy house exactly as shown in the photographs and description. Functional kitchen and spacious and well-disposed spaces. Clean and modern bathrooms. Terrace with sea view and fantastic views at every hour of the day and night, we were mesmerized! Quiet and relaxing setting within the Cala Moresca consortium that we already knew but was able to amaze us again with the well-kept and very clean common spaces for the amazing pool set in the rocks with an attached descent to the crystal clear sea. Top! Finally, a delightful and very helpful owner who made us feel at home. Absolutely repeatable.

No other than Amazing! A hidden gem in the heart of Tuscany. Never have we felt so truly welcome and almost part of the family from day 1. Stunning views from the apartment windows, beautiful and authentic furnitures and cool rooms in the tuscan heat. Many, many, many recommendations from the whole family!❤️

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

A beautiful stay in Punta Ala, the apartment was as described: functional, tastefully renovated and a few steps from the port of Punta Ala, in a really quiet and well-maintained residential setting. The veranda was really enjoyable. Lucia was very kind and available for any case. It was a pleasure, we hope to be back next year.

The location of the house is perfect, close to all amenities, downtown and the beach. The house is commented on its own by looking at the photos. In fact, we found an apartment with a number of tools, spaces, decor that I doubt is reachable elsewhere. Downsides: None.

Luca proved to be a very kind and helpful host, right from our first contact via Airbnb where he accepted our two dogs; he was also able to recommend a restaurant in Capodimonte where we could eat vegan alternatives. The accommodation is delightful, you notice the attention to detail, in the offer of the large breakfast and in the cleanliness. In a few minutes by car you can reach the town and other places to visit all around the lake. We'll definitely be back in the warm season!

We stayed 2 weeks at this property with the whole family (2 adults and 3 children). We had a great time: the 2 hosts Stefano and Christian are always kind, present and available; top pool; well-maintained and functional accommodation; not far from the sea (10/20 min by car depending on the beach chosen); villages of Campiglia maritime very characteristic and with good culinary offer; close to very nice areas like Bolgheri; never suffered from the heat because in a well ventilated area and surrounded by greenery! Recommended!

We took very little advantage of the potential of this apartment, because we only needed it for a nightly support, but the house is really nice. Immersed in a quiet and bucolic setting, really well furnished. Super Recommended.

Great place! Better than the photos. We felt very comfortable as a couple with a child and a dog. Quietly located, so we could even spend New Year's Eve undisturbed as desired. Nevertheless, there is plenty to do. The landlords had already heated the apartment, so we were able to move into a pleasantly tempered accommodation right away. The bed is wide and incredibly comfortable! The shower is also wonderful. Highly recommended!

Alessandro is a great person and host , His place is so beautiful and peaceful , next to Bolsena lake as well as the seaside . In the heart of the amazing Etruscan land with so much history you can travel to Tuscany , Umbria and Lazio and visit all the most beautiful sites of the central Italy !

We stayed 2 nights at Casa Agave with our 4-legged friend: clean and tidy accommodation, immersed in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Terme di Saturnia is a 10-minute drive, but also convenient for visiting the Lake Bolsena area. Francesca is a very kind host, she recommended places to eat and local events!

A beautiful accommodation in a quiet neighhood with beautiful views of the vineyards and olive groves. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the area. Agustino was a perfect host. Made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was pristine, with a comfortable bed and a very well equipped kitchen.

We had such a wonderful stay—truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever experienced. The space is beautifully finished, incredibly well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. We especially loved the surprise treats like fresh bread, jam, eggs, and pasta—such a warm and generous gesture. The setting was absolutely magical, with breathtaking views, peaceful birdsong, and ever-changing skies. It was exactly the kind of escape we were hoping for. We stayed a week in one of the barn houses. The property is immersed in the Maremma countryside where the peace and sounds of nature reign. A few minutes away from vegetable shops, typical products and supermarkets. The nearby beaches are easily accessible in a few minutes by car and suitable for families. Hosts have recommended beaches, restaurants, and things to do near the property. The house is simply furnished but everything is perfectly functional and functional, the garden that each apartment has is delicious, fresh and full of flowers. For us it was an ideal solution to be able to explore the area and have the privacy and tranquility we were looking for for our holidays.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Very nice apartment in a beautiful location surrounded by greenery, just a few km from the sea. Pleasant and relaxing stay, the presence of the pool was much appreciated. The host Elisa is very helpful, friendly and nice. Recommended

the apartment is very pleasant: quiet and very cool despite the high temperatures of the period. We didn't even have access to air conditioning. The pool is only shared with guests of the other apartment in the farmhouse. Anna was always very kind and "pampered" us by giving us many local products and homemade sweets.

Marta and Andrea are very great and handsome people. They are always helpful and proactive in any needs we had. The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful space and a good starting point for trips in this area. we had a great time and would love to come back!
