The apartment is very nice, it is bigger than in the photos, very comfortable, on the beach front line. The place is very quiet so you can walk day and night without problems, through the street and by the beach. To improve, the kitchen equipment, it has no furniture for what there is no place to leave things, it does not even have a drawer for cutlery, the same are in a cover in the breakfast of the kitchen. It is very small. Another problem that we had is that the shower is running!!!! it is a danger, but that happens in two places. in general those showers are very dangerous!!!! they must start to implement electric heaters and differential protectors on their boards. in general, except for those two things, the apartment is excellent! in addition to the fact that in the village there are not many accommodations like that...

We stayed from the 12th to 03/17/2025. We stayed in two flats, as there was no availability in the same for this period. We stay at the bouginho and Captain Gabriel. I liked the duplex more for the larger space and the mattress (personal taste). But, both were organized and functional. I chose the flat 3 miracles for the commentary. Me drew attention to the compliments and made the reservation for this reason. Lidianne, its family and staff are very special. We had some setbacks, which were quickly resolved, without prejudice to our stay. The cordiality and welcoming of the team make all the difference. Lidianne thinks of all the details and takes pleasure in providing an impeccable stay: Beach kit, extremely well-kept and clean pool, convenience store open 24 hours, where you choose what you want, write down and then get it right at the end of your stay. Finally, I thank you very much for making our special holidays in a magical place full of affection! We hope to return!

Starting with the value, which for what is offered is very accessible to what compares to other places of the same quality, the apartment is great and super-equipped. The location is great as it is not so far from the beach and still has a pizzeria/hamburgerie and an ice cream shop right next door. In addition, with regard to leisure, the villas manatee is amazing, the pool with a huge water depth, two jacuzzis, sauna, gym, massage location and a great redário to lie down at night and admire the visible constellations. Unrivalled Experience, if we return to Patacho, we definitely want to return to Manatee. Oh , and I almost forgot: day use free at the receptive Patacho Praia only with the condominium bracelet, too good!

Casa Amália is delicious, I felt at home. A house full of green and popular art, each beautiful piece... we identify too much with the house, including works by artists that we have and admire. Junior, the gardener, always very requested, cleaned the pool and outdoor area without us having to ask and gave good tips. Amália is an excellent hostess, always very concerned about our stay. , my baby fell ill and when she learned through Junior she spoke to me offering help. Amália also passed a list of things we could do in the city. The house was neatly tidy, nice and clean bed and bath linens. The house is close to the beach, which has a great bath, both at high and low tide, a delight. Ah, even though it's a street house, we feel very safe. It will definitely be a place that we will return.

Our experience at Adolfo's house was simply sensational! The property corresponds exactly to the description and photos. The beach is wonderful, literally on the sand, and the atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for resting and enjoying good times with family or friends. Communication with the host was excellent, always agile and attentive. A special highlight goes to the housekeeper Vânia, who is hired separately and is worth every penny! Always kind, proactive and ready to help, she took care of everything we needed with great affection, including our purchases, which made all the difference during the stay. We also hired the services of chef Márcia and assistant Marli, and it was one of the best decisions of the trip. The food they prepared was wonderful, made with a lot of flavor and care. They really are a highlight of the house and we highly recommend it for those looking for a complete and carefree experience. They were amazing, unforgettable days. The house is very well located. It has a nearby waterfront with a playground, public market, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor and the beach is in front. The bath was lovely. We missed a fan and it was readily available. The house and furniture, as a whole, are more rustic, but it was enough to make the days pleasant with the family. Great value for money. Alexandre is a great host!

The house is wonderful! The place is even better live than on the pictures. I spent a weekend there with my wife and in-laws and it was a super cool experience. The house is clean and very cozy, in addition to having a very nice leisure area and being very close to Lages Beach. Luciano was very requested and helped us with everything. Highly recommend!

Casa Gaiúba is an excellent option for those looking to experience moments of leisure with all the comfort and warmth of a complete beach house, from its structure, with pool and outdoor gourmet area, to the environments of the house, where we could enjoy a perfect stay. The host, Felippe, always very helpful and available for whatever it takes. For an additional cost, you can still hire Lina's daily rate if you want its cooking and cleaning service. Location, in the Tatuamunha reserve, is not spoken between the river and the sea a few meters away. Sossego, peace and quiet. We will come back more often, without a doubt.

The house is very comfortable. The wish was not to leave the house. Well ventilated, quiet street, close to the beach. The decoration is all chosen tastefully and with personality. Goretti is quite available. We love the experience and recommend it!

The accommodations are fantastic, but São Miguel dos Milagres lacks better infrastructure, commerce and needs to improve in gastronomy, the prices are exorbitant, prepare a kidney to leave in São Miguel.

Neide was super responsive, the place was super organized, it was very easy to find and despite having arrived after the agreed time, she was already on standby waiting for us. The place is very comfortable and bigger than it looks in the photos, well ventilated, had everything we needed, in addition to being in a great location in Maragogi, very close to the waterfront, we did everything walking. Casa 5 - Cajú - corresponds to the pictures. The hostess answered in less than a minute and resolved all the unforeseen events. Excellent support! Alessandra, our kitchen and housekeeper, is an attention to part, coffee of mine and excellent meals. We recommend the hidden, which is wonderful. The place is great and Luiz Carlos is super attentive, helpful and responds quickly to any questions. Leaked apartment with great natural ventilation (a wonder) and still has air conditioning in the room. But don't forget the repellent because the Muriçocas are there to delight :) Ample and spacious, it was just what I imagined. Of course, Maragogi offers so many beach and structured options that there is a more than mandatory displacement. As (almost) everyone knows, the north coast of Alagoas asks for a car of its own or rented. It is perfect for going up and down the wide edge full of paradisiacal beaches. Without a car, I would not go to Maragogi ;) It is important to emphasize that there are 3 good flights of stairs without an elevator and, therefore, those who have serious difficulties in locomotion, are not suggestive. Excellent cost-benefit village just meters from a little square that everything: market, bakery and fruit. The centrinho with everything we need, is not more than 2 km away. Gratitude only. It would be easy to get back.
