We open the doors of the yellow house to your family, rented a house in Japaratinga at meters from the meeting of the sea with the Manguaba River, neighboring the ferry, located in Pontal do Boqueirão, a few meters from the sea, on a paradisiacal beach, quiet place, family atmosphere, contact with nature, not to mention the view from the deck to the Porto de Pedras lighthouse. Close to all the sights. With a kayak ride (toast) and bikes included for a tour exploring the local nature.

Ideal for families, the beach offers natural pools perfect for swimming and children. Our house has 2 complete en-suites with a balcony, and is located just a 3-4 minute drive to the beach. Enjoy the outdoor area with a barbecue on the balcony and relax in front of the pool at the Villas Manatee resort condominium.

The arrival at Geisa's house is already amazing! Coconut trees will greet you along the way. The space is amazing, with distinctive architecture, simple decoration, but with very good taste. A great garden... Anyway... Very cozy! From the house to the beach it is about 3 minutes walking through nature. Pablo, Geisa's son, lives on the property and was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend it!

We live very special days with the family and the house provided a lot of leisure and comfort! Marcos was very helpful and gave us the necessary support even in the distance, facilitating the stay. Despite some unforeseen events with the house, this did not prevent us from being able to enjoy it in the best way and we had support from the housekeeper, who was very kind and polite seeking solutions. We'll be back!

The stay was excellent. Large and very well located house, ideal for enjoying with family and friends. The beach that was right in front is great for bathing. The services provided by the secretary, housekeeper and vigilante are also great. Super recommend!!
