New villa with 131 m2, inserted in a lot of 308 m2 and with capacity for 6 people. It is a 10-minute walk to the center of the village of Porto Covo and 15 minutes to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms each with two single beds, 1 bedroom with a double bed, its own swimming pool, barbecue and parking for 1 car. Only stays with a minimum of 2 nights will be accepted. In the summer months, only reservations with a minimum of 6 nights will be accepted, with check-in on Sunday and check-out on Saturday.

Wake up overlooking the ocean on this newly renovated Alentejo hill in Porto Covo. 5 minutes walk from downtown and 10 minutes from the beaches! Ideal for relaxing as a couple or as a family (up to 5 people). House located on a very quiet hill on the Costa Vicentina, with beautiful beaches nearby. Ground floor with open-plan living room and kitchen + half bath. Well-lit and functional space, with an area for relaxing, cooking, and dining. The first floor is also an open space (with a bed, sofa, a desk for working, and a shower stall) + a half bath. Outside, there is a private, covered barbecue area with a table and chairs.
