The house is in a great location close to the sea, easily accessible on foot. Lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Antonella is a helpful and kind person. We were happy with the stay so I think we'll be back.

Tomasina welcomed us very warmly. We were allowed to check in a little earlier. She always responded quickly to my messages and gave us valuable tips. All around superbly supplied. I can’t say enough about how great this place was! Stefano was our host and greeted us at check in. He was very responsive and gave us the BEST recommendations. He had his brother in law reserve us tables his own restaurant. I will 100% be staying here the next time i return to Sardinia.

The location of the apartment is good for a quiet vacation. By car you can quickly get to the beaches or go shopping. The kitchen is well equipped.

We love the place. It had plenty of space for the four of us. The department is right above a wonderful restaurant. And walking distance to many restaurants nearby. Easy to get around the northern part of Sardinia, overall just a great experience experience.

The flat is perfect for short or long stay in Golfo Aranci. There is everything you need in thé kitchen, the bathroom is clean. It is possible to go to 3 différent beaches by foot and do shopping. Restaurants in thé area.

The accommodation of Vittorio is perfectly located to the beach, is very nicely lovingly furnished and with its own covered terrace and small beautiful garden to sit and grill. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend Vittorio and his apartment

Very nice accommodation, well-equipped and tastefully done. Comfortable bedding. Irene was very responsive in communications. The accommodation is a 15-minute walk to the city center. There is free public parking nearby where there was space when we were there. Street in front of the apartment sometimes a little noisy with open windows but good insulation with closed windows

The place and Annagiulia as a host are just perfect. We think it's by far the most beautiful AirBnB in the area. Thanks to Annagiulia!

Oh, previous review was for another house ... Now the right one: The apartment is completely ok with private parking 5m from the house. The location is perfect (150m to the center) and very quiet during our vacation time. The large "Ahhhhh" comes on the private rooftop terrace. The view is great and we enjoyed some bottles of Sardinian red wine there. Overall clear recommendation ! Karin&Robert

Katia (and Kikka who works with her) have been very kind and helpful in every possible way. They were making our stay in this very beautiful place, in Porto San Paolo an experience, we will never forget . The beaches are in walking distance so as few nice Restaurants. Our stay was excellent. The place was VERY clean, well-equipped and in a good location with easy parking. Simona was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the hot water due to torrential rain and the next day it was solved. We recommend this property and would definitely come back.

We stayed for 3 nights at Veronica‘s and it was perfect. Veronica always responded very quickly. Check-in was clear and we could even stay a bit longer for check-out because we needed to pass some time as we had a doctors appointment. The apartment has everything you need to stay for a longer time. Parking was at the street, but there is always a free spot. It was very clean and the garden is beautiful to spend some time. We can highly recommend this place.

Everything was great, beautiful conservatory and terrace, tennis court and pool were also perfect. Tennis rackets and tennis balls were also available in the apartment. With the resident parking permit provided, we were able to save money parking at the beaches. When the air conditioning and oven were on at the same time, the main fuse went out. But we were quickly helped where to find the switch. The wifi router once did not have internet, upon request Antonella contacted the provider and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes. So 5/5 stars for everything.

Lovely accommodation in a fantastic location with lots of beaches, coves and rocks to explore within walking distance. Short drive to Palau and ferries to the Maddalena archipelago. Host was very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended some brilliant spots to visit. A wonderful holiday with our 3 young children.

The apartment felt and looked better than the photos. It was beautiful in - and outside. It was clean and nothing was missing. Excellent location, parking, quiet and safe. Excellent written recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Warm and memorable host - very helpful with requests.

We spent two very nice holiday weeks. An air conditioner issue was promptly resolved by the service technician the next day (a Sunday). The equipment of the apartment is rather simple but everything necessary is available. There are bus connections from Birgalavo to Budoni, but we would definitely recommend a rental car to shop or visit the very beautiful beaches in the area or for other activities, such as boat tours. The beautiful large pool and restaurant "Agriturismo Lu Stillicioni" were real enrichments. We are planning to come back.

Positive experience with Rosa, the apartment is centrally located, convenient to everything. It would deserve a modern but it is still comfortable and functional. Host Rosa was always available and communication was great.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

Apartment in a strategic position in Porto Rotondo, within a quiet residential complex with characteristic architecture, equipped with a pool. Supermarket and beach 5 minutes by foot. Village center is a 10-minute walk. The apartment exactly matches the description and offers a pleasant outdoor space to have lunch.

The stay and the apartment was very nice. The view of the sea and Corsica from the balcony is beautiful. The location of the Appartement is very good. The nearest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The Capo Testa can also be reached on foot in 15 or by car in 5 minutes. Santa Teresa can be reached in 15 minutes for strolling, shopping or dining. Many thanks to Antonella and Claudia. We spent a wonderful week at Ilaria's with our sons (4 + 5 years).😊 The apartment was very clean and very quiet. Ilaria was extremely helpful and always quick/very easy to reach. Our absolute highlight was the dinners on the terrace/balcony with amazing views. The highlight of our sons was the beautiful pool.

My family had a great time! The house is lovely and cosy. The area is full of nice restaurants and San Pantaleo is a dream town. Thank you for a lovely week!
