Family-friendly vacation rentals in Portisco

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch mit tollem Blick auf die Küste. Das Haus war sehr ordentlich, alle nötige Ausstattung im Haus und Außenbereich vorhanden. Giuliana hat immer sehr freundlich und rasch kommuniziert. Gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was perfect for us and the views are outstanding. As it was earlier in the season, the pool and the hot tub were not available but that did not concern us. Communication with Lorenzo and his team was really good and his colleague David cheerfully waited for us even though our flight was 2 hours later than expected and it was 9pm. This villa is not near amenities (shops, restaurants etc) so a car is definitely needed. There are also steps up to the villa and inside it, that may be difficult for people with limited mobility. Overall it was a lovely week for us.

Insgesamt tolle Unterkunft auf Sardinien. Ruhig und Privat. Wer sportlich aktiv ist, kann früh Brötchen usw. in den umliegenden Orten besorgen - auch noch im Oktober/November. Den Pool haben die Kinder gut nutzen können. Für Frostbeulen empfehle ich Neoprenanzüge. Einzig der Rauch von den Herbstlichen Verbrennungsaktionen (grosse Feuer in der Nähe zum Beseitigen von Grünschnitt) hat genervt und uns an zwei Tagen die Terasse aufgrund des starken Geruches sowie Qualmes meiden lassen. Insgesamt zu empfehlen, für Leute die Ruhe suchen, und trotz hoher Preislage über das ein oder andere Detail hinwegsehen können. Wir als 6er Familie fanden es toll. Wir durften sogar unseren wohlerzogenen Familienhund mitbringen. Vielen Dank dafür!

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

Die Wohnung haben wir vor allem wegen des Whirpools und der Aussicht gemietet. Hier wurden wir nicht enttäuscht! Es war einfach ein Traum den Tag in diesem zu beginnen und zu beenden. Die Temperatur des Whirlpools war im April bei 20*C Lufttemperatur für uns absolut in Ordnung und nicht zu kalt und die 37*C des Whirlpools wurden über mehrere Stunden gehalten. Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist die freundliche proaktive Art von Christian, was ihn definitiv zu einem Superhost macht. Seine Tips, welche Strände und Restaurants wir besuchen sollten, hat diesen Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht, da wir in kurzer Zeit die atemberaubenden Hightlights der Umgebung besuchen konnten! Spectacular home with a spectacular view and a spectacular host. The house is stunning. Very well stocked and the view is amazing. Giorgio met us at the property and sat with us. He went through the home and gave us recommendations to visit. Thank Giorgio we had a wonderful time.

Il residence Roccarosa ha superato le nostre aspettative! Specialmente nella parte esterna, si presenta come un luogo incantevole dove non manca nulla: piscina, idromassaggio, zona relax con una bellissima vista, area barbecue super attrezzata. Lo spazio esterno è grande e curato nei minimi dettagli, per una permanenza all’insegna del relax puro; il contesto in cui è inserita è perfetta per “staccare la spina. Il nostro appartamento era quello da 6, anch’esso curato e completo di tutti gli accessori necessari: utensili da cucina, stoviglie,macchina del caffè, lenzuola ecc. Addirittura all’ingresso c’è una doccia per pulirsi i piedi dalla spiaggia, ombrellone ad uso gratuito, stendino ecc. Come ciliegina sulla torta, suggerirei di rendere matrimoniale anche il letto della terza stanza, che renderebbe più confortevole il soggiorno di chi viaggia in 3 coppie, e il rinnovo delle poltrone che si trovano nella parte esterna che se sostituite renderebbero l’appartamento davvero impeccabile!

This is the perfect spot to enjoy the views of the nearby beaches and marinas of the upscale Porto Cervo. Tucked away in a complex that’s just a short walk from all of the lovely yachts - the view from the roof is a stunner! The house has everything you need. Very cute front yard and patio, good internet, clean and stocked. Elisabetta was very welcoming and helpful. One thing to note is you will get three keys and have to use one of them to open the arm for the gate to drive in. Very easy. Area is very upscale and safe . The beach free parking card provided was amazing and made visiting the beaches a breeze. If you want to visit Porto Cervo, this is the place to stay!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo passato tre notti da Mari. L’appartamento è grande, silenzioso e luminoso. Appena siamo entrati ci siamo subito accorti della pulizia e dell’attenzione verso il cliente. Un sacco di accortezze per vivere al meglio in casa e suggerimenti per visitare l’isola. Inoltre parcheggio interno comodissimo. Speriamo di tornare

We had a magical stay at Lorenzo’s home last week. The views were utterly amazing! The house itself was well equipped very spacious and very private. Andressa was our liaison and was super friendly with anything we needed. Arranged a ride from the airport and excursions for us. Would highly recommend!!!! 5 *****’s!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Enricas Wohnung und wurden sehr herzlich von Federico empfangen. Einchecken konnten wir netterweise schon etwas eher, was uns das Ankommen mit Kleinkind und Baby sehr erleichtert hat, lieben Dank nochmal dafür! Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, gut ausgestattet und wir haben den kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Strand ist in nur 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch perfekt für kleinere Kinder. Am letzten Abschnitt des Strandes hatten wir auch unseren Hund dabei, was dort anscheinend kein Problem ist. Oft waren wir dort sogar alleine. Lieben Dank nochmal an Enrica, Rosa und Federico, wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Porto Istana!

Wohnung ist top, guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, ruhig gelegen mit toller Terrasse, super Ausblick. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommer gerne wieder.

Fernando and Barbara are truly amazing hosts! They always provided us with great restaurant tips, even made reservations for us, and were very helpful overall. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning was definitely a big plus for us. We had a fantastic stay thanks to their hospitality and the lovely accommodation. Highly recommended!

Très réactif et donne de très bons conseils ! Nous a arrangé sur l’heure d’arrivée, très gentil de leur part ! Très très réactif dès que nous avons eu une demande ou autre ! Le logement était propre bien rangé avec beaucoup d’équipements. Il disposait de la clim et d’une piscine dans la résidence ! Restaurants, super marchés et locations de scooters et voitures à proximité. Plages près de l’appartement ! Je recommande !

Das Appartement war groß, super eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail, und bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Der Pool war riesig. Die gesamte Anlage ist groß und etwas hellhörig. Wir waren froh im Mai dort zu sein, da wir fast die einzigen Touristen waren Im Ort hatte erst eine Pizzeria geöffnet, die wir aber uneingeschränkt empfehlen können. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Pietro est un hôte amical et accueillant, parlant parfaitement le français. Il a toujours été disponible et prévenant. Il nous a même aidé après notre départ suite à l'annulation de notre ferry pour la Corse Le Green Park est un peu difficile d'accès, au bout d'un chemin de terre, mais une fois sur place, quel bonheur ! La vue sur la campagne sarde est magnifique, avec en arrière plan la mer et l'ile de Maddalena, le tout dans un calme absolu. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel, et la piscine exceptionnelle ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, merci Pietro Cyrille et Christine

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

This apartment is PERFECT for your stay in Costa Smeralda. The apartment itself is very spacious, updated and comfortable. The balcony was perfect for apero and coffee in the morning, it’s perfectly located to walk along the pedestrian paths to the port which great restaurant options. Christina was incredibly helpful and very responsive - she gave great recommendations, was quick to answer with any questions and was very flexible. The free parking was great to have with needing a rental car in Sardinia. Porto Rotondo was the perfect location for proximity to amazing beaches in Cala Di Volpe and only 45min drive to the Archipelago Maddalena for a day trip. We loved coming back to a quant and peaceful town that still have plenty of restaurant and evening activities and only a 20-25 minute drive to the airport. I would recommend staying here 10/10 and hope to return one day!

Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus und es war noch schöner als in unser Erinnerung. Das Haus und das Grundstück sind super gepflegt und der Blick von den Terassen einfach grandios. Giuseppe war immer schnell erreichbar und Marchesa und ihr Team kümmern sich sehr gewissenhaft um alles. Ihr selbstgekochtes Dinner ist sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die wundervolle Zeit.
