From Anna: Cosy super warm family friendly, safe and quiet. Loved the world map. From Elin: Spacious, Tit tok friendly balcony, nice snowy views. Great WiFi. From Joe: great host, very reactive to queries. Would recommend to our Irish friends. Lovely location to centre of town. Finally Annia aged 10: loved reading at kitchen table and loved big comfy chair where I sat sipping hot chocolate with my book. Great that we never turned on the TV once. Storage room as good with room for coats etc. Kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast each morning.

Ein magischer Aufenthalt in Lappland! Wir danken euch von ganzem Herzen für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Schon beim Betreten des Hauses haben wir gespürt, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt ihr in jedes Detail gesteckt habt, ohne diese wäre es nur halb so schön gewesen. Das Haus ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch perfekt ausgestattet, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die warme, gemütliche Atmosphäre hat uns sofort wie zu Hause fühlen lassen, ein wahres Wintermärchen. Und ein Highlight waren die Polarlichter. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: verschneite Landschaften, absolute Ruhe und dennoch perfekt gelegen für Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Rovaniemi. Wir konnten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen, um Lappland zu erleben. Danke für eure Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich gemacht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 💝✨

La casa è bella spaziosa ben organizzata calda e accogliente perfetta per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici sauna piacevole coccola Unico consiglio solo una doccia non è sufficiente per tante persone sarebbe perfetto se i proprietari riuscissero a ricavare uno spazio per un'altra doccia magari in una delle stanze chiuse dove è scritto privato

Eine wundervolle Unterkunft in mitten der finnischen Natur. Wirklich toll gelegen, direkt am See. Wir konnten großartig Wanderungen machen und Kraft tanken. Vielen Dank noch mal

Emppu was a fantastic host! For starters, the house is typically equipped with one full bed. I advised him that my son was coming with me and that I would need more than one bed. He rearranged the room brought in a second mattress and it was perfect. I had hired a car service to pick us up at the airport and advised him what time we would be there and he offered to pick us up at the airport which he did and he also brought us back to the airport when it was time for us to go. He knew this was the first time in many generations that my family has gone back to Finland as we are Finnish. He knew how important and special this trip was for my son and I and he went out of his way to make sure we had everything we need often a ride so we wouldn’t have to take Ubers and gave us wonderful recommendations. I cannot say enough about how kind he was and made the trip with my son very memorable! When I go back to Finland with more of my family. I will definitely be staying with him again.

Amazing Stay with an Exceptional Host! My stay at place was absolutely fantastic! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a perfect visit. The attention to detail truly stood out, from the thoughtful amenities to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and provided excellent recommendations for local spots to explore. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better host or accommodation. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in the area! WOW! This place is stunning in winter. The snow, the surrounds, the frozen river/lake, the cute lights and the house itself is magical. The big snow bunny and squirels in the backyard and..... We had the most amazing northern lights right in the backyard. We had 8 people stay and plenty of room. Such a beautiful home. Lauri, is so nice and friendly and easy to talk to. We rented the space as we were getting married and the back drop of the property for the first look was stunning and so much room for the bride and every to get ready. Stunning home.
