Very nice stay at Claire's. Very good apartment and located in a very well furnished park, quiet, and 50 m from the sea. Claire gave us a lot of information about the surroundings to visit. We recommend this listing. Yvette and Yves.

We had a great time in this apartment in May 2025. Everything was as described, and we were amazed by the beautiful view of the bay of Ajaccio. The apartment is a real cocoon: pleasant, warm and very functional. When we arrived late, the small touches offered by Philippe particularly touched us and testify to a great sense of hospitality. The impeccable bedding allowed us to have restful nights, and although the road below is present, it absolutely did not bother us. We were even able to sleep with the window open, lulled by the sea air. The little extras: the small beach below, ideal for avoiding taking the car, the promenade along the beach allows you to walk to the old town, the covered market and the port. Small shops nearby make the stay even easier. We highly recommend this rental

Spacious, well-arranged, perfectly equipped and very bright accommodation thanks to the large bay windows that open onto a magnificent terrace overlooking the marina. Breakfast with sunrise or dinner with sunset are special moments. Myriam is a very available and responsive host who does not hesitate to travel to meet your needs. Be careful, however, if you are accompanied by fragile or elderly people, the 4 floors without an elevator or the spiral staircase in the apartment are not easy but if you are in good shape it is the price to pay to enjoy this superb place in a very good location.

The apartment is ideally located, the amenities are perfect, the bed is extremely comfortable, the view is splendid. We had a perfect stay in this beautiful town. Virginie is available, responsive, gives good advice and is very warm. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

I just wanted to thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful place We felt right at home and everything was perfect Coffee milk wine was provided after a day in the car. Beautiful location. Ideally located villa with direct access to private beach. A magical view, calm and tranquility with the sound of waves. Very well-equipped, excellent decoration and comfort! The choice between the sea and the pool, the armchairs of the terraces or the deckchairs ... everything was perfect. A tastefully decorated house. A big thank you to Pierette and Muriel for their communication and welcome. We'll love coming back.

Sophie was a great host! She was flexible in terms of time, always friendly and always available. Since we arrived a day late, she also made our first purchase. When we damaged something shortly after we arrived, she was also very accommodating. The view is exceptional and breathtaking. Only for the driveway to the premises, you need some courage at the beginning. We enjoyed the time and were very satisfied with the house.

The view and garden are wonderful, the accommodation is large and impeccable. Thank you Claudia for all your little touches (cakes and great Italian coffee maker) for us and for our dog (treats/bed cushion/towel). It was fun to feed your chickens with the kids and the last day we even saw a turtle! Falling asleep with the sound of waves and waking up to the birds singing was a joy. We'll be back with joy! The accommodation matches the description and photographs We enjoyed the security, the eco-friendly garden, the outdoor layout to relax while enjoying the beautiful sea view. The accommodation is well-equipped. We had a great vacation as a couple accompanied by our little dog (Maltese Bichon) We would highly recommend it!

late season stay (early November). for 4 adults. some shops (restaurant...) closed but we find our happiness there. big perks. you have the beach to yourself and swimming was still possible with great weather. i highly recommend , Fabienne is great even if we haven't seen each other. we'll be back.

Wonderful stay with Céline and Simon. Within walking distance of the sea, we started the day with a swim. Then walk to the bakery. In short, the perfect location to start the day quietly. Great base for exploring the villages and nice restaurants in the Gulf of Valinco. We will remember ending the day on the terrace with a view of the sea and the waves in the background for a long time. Thank you for the very warm interaction Céline!

Myriam is a great host! The accommodation is great: super well furnished with beautiful decoration without forgetting everything that is available on arrival. A real plus that does not clutter suitcases (bedding, towels, shower gels, blanket etc. and even beach towels) everything is provided without forgetting the welcome pack She is always available and has very good recommendations. I would highly recommend it!!

Everything is great - only the address given on Airbnb does not match the actual address - it is best to have the GPS data sent. Otherwise very nice accommodation, very well maintained and clean, the landlady is very friendly and helpful.

Nadi & Laurent are great hosts, very welcoming, caring and with very good advice. The apartment & terrace are very warm, tastefully decorated and ideally located for discovering the Ajaccio golf course. Recommended for a long or short stay. Laetizia is friendly and helpful. She gave us good tips regarding bakery, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is functionally furnished; I have hardly encountered a better furnished apartment on Airbnb. A fairly large sandy beach is right by the sea; you go out the back entrance and you're on the beach. A shower would be desirable. The apartment with private parking is very suitable for people with a car. Without it, it is rather difficult, because public transport is supposed to be unreliable (statement by Laetitia).

A haven of peace in an incredible environment, both the feeling of a part of the world on the feet, while being close to shops, restaurants, not far from airports (Ajaccio or Figari), and a very pleasant radius of discovery of various places. The accommodation is very well equipped, the bedding comfortable, the living room and the terrace are very pleasant too. Worry-free parking in front of the residence. Communication with Julien de Valinco Conciergerie went very well, for some adjustments to the start of the stay (small problem with the evacuation of the shower), Julien was very responsive and everything was very quickly back to normal, we had a great stay where we will return with great pleasure if the opportunity arises. Don't hesitate!!
