The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

Apartment converted into a 38m2 studio, renovated 2 years ago. It is my own home that I renovated with great affection. I rent at certain times and stay with family. It's just 5 minutes to the train. Supermarket, restaurants, bike path, pharmacy, laundry, all within a 2-minute walk. 4 km from Oriente with transport links to the entire country. 4.5 km from the airport but without noise. It is located on the 4th floor without an elevator, not being suitable for people with limited mobility.

This is a cozy room with access to a nice bathroom with a good shower. Also supplied with essentials and other nonessentials Access to the airport was great and easy. It was a 4 € uber ride . Sara was a good host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place for a couple .

Excellent place, very quiet in a historical district of Lisbon and close to the airport. Mafalda was an excellent host, very kind. I was in two rooms and both were very spacious and comfortable, with heating and at a good price.

It took me a long time to make the decision to take this room because it was my first time in Portugal and I didn't know it! But it surprised me even more than I expected, Karol is the friend everyone deserves to have! She knows absolutely all the places you'll need for your trip! The apartment is in a residential area surrounded by a huge amount of very useful small shops, fruit and vegetable shops, bars, clothing stores and also close to the local market! I thought it was the best way to save on food. THE APARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR but it is not the death of anyone, it is really worth climbing the stairs and being greeted with Karol's high spirits. (I fell with 3 suitcases of 32 kilos, so it's super good! The apartment has everything you need and is really impeccable! The bathroom is luxurious and the shower is great! The area is close to a large park, I loved doing my exercises there! And I even got a tour of several points from Karol! DON'T HESITATE, THIS ROOM IS WORTH IT!

Excellent place to stay and get around Lisbon, Evanice and her partner are excellent people, always ready to collaborate and inform, the room is comfortable and has a fan for the summer season. Pleasant stay in Moscavide, a hug to Evanice and her partner.
