62 m2 apartment on the third floor of a charming building with elevator, 20 m from the metro and 600 m from Saint-Denis train station. The apartment is fully equipped. It includes a bedroom overlooking the courtyard with a queen size bed, a kitchen, a double living room with a fold-out sofa for two people, a small balcony, a bathroom and separate toilet. Small condominium (five floors) very quiet. PS: notice to people with allergies, a cat lives in the accommodation when it is not rented :)

Welcome to my apartment in a beautiful Haussmann building, carefully designed with an architect and interior designer. Ideal for a couple and 1 or 2 children. The apartment is on the 3rd level on a pedestrian street with all the stores a foodie can dream of. Two metro lines 2 minutes away and a third one 10 minutes away make Paris and beyond very easy to access. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Paris - very nice neighborhood, well connected but not directly in crowded tourist areas
