Vacation rentals with a kayak in Portalegre District

This place was a steal for a family looking for a peaceful weekend in the countryside. The house is in a HUGE homestead, so the only thing you hear all day are the donkeys and birds right at the porch. The property is full of animals (donkeys, llamas, cows, ponies), great for kids used to city life with minimal animal contact. Although some animals are not shy (we had the pleasure to be right next to the donkeys and one very social pony), the spaces are well divided, offering safety against accidents. The place has plenty for kids to play with (Legos, bikes, balls, a little playground) and to connect with nature. The house, while one might expect some dust from its location, is very clean and well maintained. You can spend a full weekend cloistered there or explore the great restaurants and sights in Estremoz, Borba, or Vila Viçosa. The only downside was not being able to enjoy the infinity pool, which will make us return when the weather is better for water activities!

Die schöne Villa liegt mitten in einer traumhaften Natur und unsere Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Joao ist ein sehr zuvorkommender und großzügiger Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und hilfreich. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Les enfants ont adoré le séjour et adoré croiser les chiens lors de notre départ. Nous avons apprecié le calme de cet endroit, la décoration choisie munitieusement pour créer une belle ambiance dans la ferme et la sympathie des employées qui nous ont acceulli et qui font un excellent travail sur les terres de Celine. L'unique point " négatif" à notre séjour fû l'absence de balais ou d'aspirateur, ce n'est vraiment qu'un petit détail ! Mais nous voyagions avec un bébé de 10 mois très salissant lors des repas, et marchant à 4 pattes en mangeant tout ce qu'il trouve, ce fût un peu embêtant pour nous de ne pas pouvoir nettoyer le sol comme il faut. Mais une très bonne expérience dans l'ensembme. Merci pour de nous avoir permis de vivre une jolie expérience à la ferme.

Nós adoramos a estadia. É possível ter paz e diversão ao mesmo tempo através do contato com a natureza, seja pela belíssima paisagem ou até mesmo pela represa. André é extremamente atencioso e Montezinho possui tudo o que um hóspede precisa para curtir a estadia. Todos os itens da moradia são de extremo bom gosto, o que nos permitiu sentirmos em casa.

We were a big group and the space was so much more than the photographs. The house, the grounds, the attention to detail - all of it was amazing. We had a wonderful time here, we played games, had mini competitions, ate, drank, chatted and just had a jolly good time. The hosts were amazing, attentive and contactable via mobile

Tivemos um fim de semana incrivel na Casa da Malta, o espaço é ótimo para muita gente e nós que estávamos com medo do frio, acabámos por deixar as mantas no carro que não foram necessárias. A casa tem alguns afazeres no entanto. Mas nada que afete muito a experiência. Cheguei a dizer ao Sr. Artur que como fotografo que o espaço merecia umas melhores fotografias do espaço, as fotografias atuais nao refletem o quão engraçado e confortável é o espaço. Recomendo!
