Vacation rentals with breakfast in Portalegre District

If you were looking for a place in Portugal to stay look no further. Carlos and his wife were the best host that I have ever experienced. I have traveled the world both with my job and for vacation and this place is amazing. The morning bread with pastries, freshly squeezed, orange juice, milk!! They went above and beyond and made us homemade soup. They also informed us of events nearby that you could not find online (a bull fight, festival) Carlos was so great and helped us package souvenirs to send home! The castles and churches in this area must be seen. The house is so clean and has every amenity you need away from home. I even came back one day and my laundry was folded that I had hung out to dry. We loved Portugal and this Airbnb so much we have already scheduled our next trip back. It is rare that you find a property and people like this anymore. We made amazing memories.

Casa das Pedras is a great place to stay on a visit to this area. It is a very calm and quiet area, perfect for relaxing. We only stayed one night and it was a shame, because the house invites you to stay a few good days to disconnect and rest. Marcia is an excellent host, always present and ready to help. I highly recommend this place and I want to go back!

A perfect and very short stay to feel that we have fully enjoyed the house. The absolutely impeccable decor and cleanliness. Breakfast left at the door in the morning without disturbing and containing fresh produce. Finally, the communication with Carlos was quite clear and was available when I needed to answer some questions. No doubt we will repeat when we are around the region :)

We had a lovely time at Maria's. The flat was clean, well equipped, and very pleasant to stay in. Maria kindly provided fresh food: bread, eggs, homemade jams, fresh fruit...

An excellent house, in a wild place but full of charms! A stream close to the house where dogs can get wet, a dam on the homestead, wonderful bread, helpful and friendly people who made it easy…. A place to come back to!! We traveled with two large dogs that were accepted without hesitation, we were pampered and spent some memorable days. About the house… beautiful! Rustic, well framed, comfortable, clean, well equipped. A true pearl to discover. Thank you Patricia and other colleagues…. Well done!

Francisco is a wonderful host, so very kind and generous. We arrived to a fridge full of food for breakfast everyday, a large bowl of fruit and we had delicious fresh bread delivered to the door every morning. Our small dog was more than welcome. Lots of outdoor space, great pool, barbecue and the stars at night are incredible which we admired from the hammocks. Thanks Francisco, we will be back. Ruben, Ryan, Roxie and Aileen
